I am inviting my mom and my sister for my graduation. They have the following documents:
1. employment letter
2. bank statement
3. payslips
4. utility bill
5. my BRP and passport
6. me and my sisters birth certificate to show proof that we are related and to my mom as well
7. an invitation letter from me
8. My graduation letter from school and tickets

My question now is that, I stay in a houseshare only meant for one person and uploading my tenancy agreement counters their accomodation confirmation as it states that the room is meant for only one person. What document can they use instead? Should I book an hotel?

Also, should they apply for 6 months or 2-years. This is their first time coming to the UK and I don't know

Also, their bank statements shows a huge sum of money. This was sent to them after they sold one of my father's property (who is late). And we intend to add an evidence, a letter, stating this.

Please who has been debited recently here with Form A UBA. How long did it take and at what rate?

Hi guys. Please asides from UBA bank. What other bank can one used to pay school fees with form A that is fast because UBA has been a bit slow recently.

There is a website that @justwise dropped here.. I was able to get my refusal letter within 1 month of application. They are going to ask you for a UK address, that is not difficult.

What if you do not live in the UK? Can you include someone else’s address?

The choice to declare or not is solely yours, but declaring doesn't affect nothing and bear in mind, everything is now automated.

That you don't have the refusal letter still can't affect your chances of securing visa because a column will be provided to state why you don't have it.

Should I declare it in my university applications? I am skeptical about declaring the visa refusal document because if the school asks about it, I won't be able to provide it.
