Hi Michael,
Actually I had a TOEFL for score 88, which I am not OK, because it is at competent level and My qualification, age and work experiances give me 55pts that is how I got the nomination

Thank you
Michaelamo:

I am very grateful for your response Bellong!
I actually have a total of 60pts including the Victoria Nomination, but I feel, I should rewrite the English language to either get 10 or 20 pts just to be safe.,
I will submit the EOI today and forward the ref number to Victoria state.
Once again thank you for the explanation

bellong:
For Victoria, you can apply without filling the EOI. Once you are nominated, the state expects you to fill the EOI and send them the reference number to receive invitation from DIBP.

Moscow30,

What do you need English test for?
You already got invitation and I believe you have 60points already.

Vinsmuft:
Sorry but I dont know how you got state nomination if you are yet to submit EOI?

Also you cannot submit an EOI without an English test result. But if you submit an EOI with a not-so-good english test result, you could always write another english test and update your existing EOI.
This is the Email I received from Victoria state!

Dear xxxxx xxxxxx
The Victorian Government has a formal agreement with the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP), concerning the state nomination of skilled migrants to Victoria under the Skilled visa scheme. This agreement is called the State Migration Plan. Under these arrangements:

 The number of skilled migrants the Victorian Government can nominate against each occupation listed on the Visa Nomination Occupation Lists is limited by a quota and by an overall cap on the total number of nominated visa grants for each year.

 Applicants nominated through a State Migration Plan are eligible to receive priority processing of their visa application by DIBP.

Your Application

Your application for Victorian Government visa nomination under the 190 - Skilled Nominated scheme has been assessed under these arrangements and we are pleased to advise that your application has been successful.

It is our assessment that there is currently demand for your experience and qualifications in Victoria, Australia. You have also assessed yourself as meeting the requirements of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) Skilled – Nominated visa scheme.

Victorian Government nomination is subject to the conditions outlined in this email.

Hello Pals,
Please, I have an urgent question, I have Ph.D., MSc, and BSc in chemistry from ABU Zaria, with 6years working experiences in my field i.e chemist.
When I sent my document for VETESSES assessments it was a positive result but the working experience was reduced to 5years one month. My problem is that in the result they said my Ph.D. is equivalent to AQF masters, and My masters equivalent to AQF BSc and my BSC is equivalent to AQF associate degree. Please in the EOI registration can I still claim points for the Ph.D. or not?

House I beg help your guy with advice or should I apply for a reassessment of my qualification?
