I don't actually know what you are doing here?
tolaade1960:
People are very funy . You can go and lobby for jobs but not through kangaroo oilandgasjobs advert. NCDMB even debunked this exercise and stated the govt.-approved means of advertising for jobs.

We have been saying the reality, but people would not listen.

Hello Bellong and Fam! Please, My Vetasses assessment expired, what does it take for renewal?
Secondly, which province or state is nominating Chemist for 190?
TravelRe: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by moscow30: 1:50pm On Feb 16, 2021
Thank you very much for your response, I have never thought of considering a chemistry Technician. Does that mean I have to do a new VETESSESS assessment? since I have that of Chemist. Thanks for your response
Mcslize:
I think it has expired. Assessment is usually valid for 3 years. 2017-2021 should be more than 3yrs now depending on the month you took the exam.

Do know Chemist is a level 1 skill in the skill select. If you have experience, is your experience more closely related to the role of a Chemist? You might want to also consider Chemistry technician as another relevant option. Cuz that might be less competitive as it's level 2 in the skill select.

If you studied chemistry, and your experience is related to lab, I think you will get ITA faster as a Chemistry technician than Chemist.

You might look into the two closely to see which your experience most closely fit.

Mcslize:
None for now. That's because some of the states haven't open their route yet.

NSW, Victoria and Queensland states will surely open nomination for Chemist. Just wait till they open.

Is that what you studied or your occupation is highly related to Chemist?
Thanks very much for the response. I studied chemistry, I have done my VETESSES assessment since 2017 but I don't know if it has expired, I lost impetus for the journey due to some challenges. Right now I am preparing for the English language exams

NCDMB could not use agent who collected your data on unsecured web.
Biko.
You are a nuisance and pest to this group. Please carry your negative energy to your self and stop discouraging people. If the job advert is a scam does it cost anyone a dime to apply. A staunch pessimist no wonder you are still roaming the labour market. I said this without appology.

After Calculating the months, I will be having complete eight years of working experiences in April 2020. Do I need to wait for the next eight month before claiming the point?
bellong:
You don't need to resubmit as long as you are still in the same occupation. Create EOI, add your skill date from when VETASSES approved till date.

@OgaBellong
Please, House I want more clarification on boosting my points. In March 2017 my assessment with Vetasses was positive with 5.1 years of work experience as a chemist. can I resubmit my outcome letter for reassessment to add the additional two years and 9month on the same occupation? This will give me additional 15points.
I need a respond house.

Congratulation! God that did it for you will perfect for others too.
koleefem05:
LONG POST ALERT

The desire to leave the shores of this country became fully matured in December 2016.
At this time, I've missed so many opportunities due to lack of knowledge, pride and loyalty to motherland.
I don't need to bore you with my story...especially how I spent all the money I was forced to save up for Canny processing on my first automobile. The good news however is that, I am leaving finally, and for good! My family was granted Tas 489 Visa on 16th March 2019- the mail dropped at about 1:35am. And I gave way to tears! Sleep disappeared.

Nominated Occupation- Agricultural Consultant (234111)
IED- August 8, 2019.

First IELTS-
21st January 2017
L-7.5, R-6.0, W-6.5, S-8

PTE-
25th July 2017
L-66, R-71, S-63, W-81.

Second IELTS-
2nd December 2017
L-7.5, R-8.0, S-7.5, W-7.5

VETASSESS application submitted 10th August, 2017
Positive outcome- 27th September, 2017 at about 12:10am.
Applied to Victoria- 21st December, 2017.
Application rejected on 22nd January 2018- SAME GENERIC STORY (Spit)

At this point, I became discouraged. A lot happened! (Skip).

Thanks to Olusola who called on that fateful Sunday and gave some ginger, and @pearlypriest who became a monitoring spirit.#lols.

29th June 2018- Applied to TAS for nomination.
30th July 2018- Case Officer was assigned.
6th August 2018- Application supported .
8th August, 2018- Police Clearance Certificate processed and collected.
19th October 2018- Visa application made through Austransact (cheapest, convenient, transparent), though wasn't confirmed until Monday 22nd due to late payment on Friday 19th.
21st October 2018- Baby came- Implication? We'll have to pay Visa fee for baby since our payment wasn't confirmed before baby's arrival. Waited till CO requested we pay after uploading Form 1441- Notification of change in Circumstances.

8th January, 2019- Yellow card processed and collected.
10th January, 2019- CO requested we pay for baby as additional dependent, and do medicals. Again, we paid through Austransact (Fast, Convenient, Reliable). Booked medicals with IOM, and the earliest date we could get was Feb 7, 2019.
7th February 2019- Medical examination.

16th March 2019- GRANT.
THE GOLDEN MAIL!!! The mail notifications actually woke me.

Was it an easy process? No! But is it worth ithuh ABSOLUTELY!!!
Let Jah be praised.

And now, I can't but mention and appreciate just few of those who stuck with me and saw me through the process- in no particular order:
@bellong- You're forever blessed among men Sir.
@Alphadoor- The door is forever opened in your favour.

@diggy4real- There's always light at the end of the tunnel, your grant is closer than you expect.
@Phlunteer- Sister, God has gone ahead of you to Canny, take it as a redirection.
@afolaseg- Bless you Sir.
@segunwamiri- Don't ever give up brother! Delay is never denial. You’re in it to win it!

You will do additional tests and if still positive, will have to go for treatment. They won't refuse your visa because of that. Hope you declare it if you had it in the past because it will always be noticed in xray.
