Hidden facts:;;;;; On the 20th June 2014, Ex-Gov. Rotimi, Ex. Gov Kwankwaso, Gov. Oshiomhole, & Gov. Wamako all were barred from attending Fayemi's campaign in Ekiti State. On the 11th of July 2013, the Military personnel attached to Ex. Gov Rotimi Ameachi were all withdrawn leaving a sitting governor at the mercy of Mbu's boys. On the 12th of Sept. 2013, the convoy of Gov Rotimi Ameachi was prevented from entering govt house by police who blocked his entrance, as per "Order from above". The above infringements on the fundamental right of a sitting Governor happened while he was a governor with immunity, apart from his right to free movement & association as a Nigerian. Lest I forget, those rights of his were infringed upon, mind you not for ECONOMY CRIME, but political . Yet, he suffered that much in the hands of the past government. I dare anyone questioning the freezing of Fayose's account to refer me to any part of 1999 constitution where the constitution bars the anti graft agency from investigating or freezing the personal account of a sitting Governor or President who commits an economy crime against the state. Emphasis on " investigate". Kindly refer me. I'm more than happy to read & learn. Don't just wail your life out on ignorance, use this opportunity to teach us something new. ---------------------------------- IS FAYOSE MORE GOVERNOR THAN NYAKO? Flash Back: In 2013, under Goodluck Jonathan and PDP's government, Governor Murtala Nyako, the then sitting governor of Adamawa State, also a member of PDP, was investigated and his accounts frozen by EFCC and nobody cried foul. Not one wailer said it wasn't rule of law or that it was an act of fighting opposition. ------------------------------ Fayose's cyber dogs, over to You sirs. Balances in Fayose related Accounts so far: Spotless Hotel N800m AFFM N2.2billion Ayo Fayose N1billion Rogba Fayose N200million Total 4.2bn ------------- FAYOSE IS RICHER THAN EKITI - EFCC The EFCC investigations into the finances of Ekiti State vis - a - viz that of the state governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose has revealed that the governor by all standards is far richer than the state. According to a source of the anti-corruption Agency, the huge amount of money found in the governor's private account and that of his cronies cannot in anyway be compared with that of the state. "The EFCC does not just act without carrying out thorough investigations, we acted based on the act establishing the Agency. If anyone felt we've acted against him wrongly, let the person approach the court." "It is a fact that according to our constitution, certain category of public officials are immuned from prosecution while in office and they include the President, Vice President, Governors and deputy Governors. Thus, we all recognize and accept the fact that these category of persons have immunity, but to transfer this immunity to their properties or holdings or bank accounts is what we have been unable to identify where it is stated in the constitution." "So, if Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state is crying wolf over the freezing of his personal bank account and not that of the state as a result of investigation of irregularities and suspicious transactions by the EFCC as empowered by the Act establishing the commission, may one use this medium to advise him to quickly approach the courts and seek the interpretation of the law on the difference between immunity for the governor and his personal bank account which has been frozen by the anti graft body." "Governor Ayodele Fayose cannot in anyway be richer than his state. So let him go to court we shall meet him there." |

I used to respect the people that comment here but now I'm disappointed with majority of the comments I read here. The land in question was acquired in 1992. I don't see business of GEJ or PMB with the acquisition of this land. What I see is "what prompted Anambra to revoke a land legally acquired by the FG in the first place?" And since the land was revoked, should FG have given Anambra a pat on the back and say "well done" If Anambra gives enough reasons to show that they needed that land, what happened to "negotiations". And for all of u stupid senseless people that keeps posting rubbish, we know how you all kill yourselves over land so don't come and form saints here Hypocrites! |
asha90:Wait till 2019, when the other people are in power, they can chase them also. Simple Logic! |
googlepikins:Dangote is owing banks AND he is SERVICING the loans. Has your brother from the SS been SERVICING his? And perhaps UNION BANK cares what ethnicity you are from or don't you feel other Nigerians from the SS have savings in UNION bank? When the bank goes under its gonna take everyone down with it regardless of whatever tribe ua from so stop being myopically senseless |
RZArecta:Man did he borrow 11bn or not? Did he service the loan or not? When you answer correctly, you can start making sense! |
thomasthomas:Man, ua so on point. There level of reasoning is just mind boggling |
Mboi:Pls if you can tell me whether the 11bn borrowed by BMB and co wasn't out of other ordinary people's deposits, then you may actually be right but if it happens that the loan amount was from other depositors savings which it is obviously, I wonder what motivates you to support such act. 1 family which u dont belong to (sure of that) destroying the finances of a large number of the ordinary citizen's (where you belong; sure of that too) and ua okay with it. The quality of sense of an average Nigerian beats me! |
IVORY2009:and the document quoted amount, date received, account details, teller or transfer details? Are you for real? |
I still don't understand how our youths and citizenry reason. These are evidences of illegality and they scream witch hunt. The question to be answered is "Did they steal or not?" If yes, let them face the music. If no, its quite simple; clear yourself. Some few Nigerians are eating up the collective wealth of this nation and the large impoverished and ignorant majority will rather scream blue murder instead of commending it. I can only advise PDP to work hard @ 2019, I for one will like to see some corrupt APC politicians feel the heat, but wait what was GEJ himself looking in his 6 years that he didn't fight corruption? Is it because he lacked the moral compass. |
LuveU2:Telling you |
All I can see are two fools who murdered English |
All I see is boobies! |
