This is my opinion
Randy made sure he took all the American forwards.
This is why someone like Okobi couldn’t make the cut
Onumonu is technically sound but doesn’t have the stamina or speed to back it up
Just wondering. Who are these American Forwards?

I wouldn’t mind if Oshoala is moved to the wings as an ‘inverted’ winger like Hazard, where her pace and trickery would be better utilized
I agree bro. In short, we should try a fluid front 3

That's the point.

Gavi and Pedri were both very young when they made their debuts.

It's about building their confidence and them playing with and learning from legends like Oshoala, Ebi, Ordega e.t.c..

Someone that started driving at 15years old in 4 years time will have 4 years experience and will be a better driver than someone that started driving at 31years old the same year when that 15yr old is now 19years old.
Oga... so who do you want Ajakaiye and co to displace in the squad?

After this news sky sports reported we are back in for Douglas luiz you know what that means partey is back in the transfer
Either arteta is lying or sky sports is we will soon see how it folds out

Also I read the reason the owner is heavily backing arteta is because they are doing everything possible we win the league this season
That mean our priority for this coming season is the league

Hallelujah somebody
Douglas Luiz? Lol...wetin we want use am do?

Same for me.
Oshoala has not been herself for SF lately. Let's give her a sub role against a tired defence and see how she turns out. I think one reason for her performance is because she rarely switches position now like she did during the triple O era.

If I mention all those ones people will say they're too young and the SF will be filled with inexperienced players.

Even that girl that missed Penalty but scored when it was re-taken should be integrated into the SF.
Ajakaiye is even younger and has less experience.

Whoever takes over from Randy has the sole task of either creating a more modern pattern of play that makes Oshoala unlocked full barca mode, or totally change the reliance of attack on her that eyes gets off her for a while. 2 World cups, same problem.

We need 3 players

Pace-1
Vision-1
Control-1

Kanu
Onyenezide
Ayinde
Till further notice, we don't look like dominating play unless things change. The personnel is almost on ground, yet...
One player I'm really hoping turns out is Sebastine. That girl is a proper winger with football brains. She is not there yet but she has shown potential.

I noticed Alozie was struggling to defend properly and could hardly make tackles without fouling. She might accumulate so much yellow cards as the tournament progresses that we need someone else in that position.

Good to know, we have someone that can play RB better in PSG
I'll still blame this in the coach's tactical ineptitude. With that formation, Alozie just need to overlap while Ashleigh tucks in to form a back 3. Tony Payne should hold the width on the left with Oshoala, Ordega and Onumonu forming a front 3.

Super Falcons would have beaten Canada if the coaches called up Younger and faster strikers as substitutes and subbed off Onumonu, ordega and oshoala around 60 - 70 minutes.

Onumonu's lack of pace killed off the counter attacks and pressure on the Canadian defense.

The players need to release the ball early.

Obviously, the Super Falcons don't have an attacking formation due to the fact that that Oshoala was usually alone upfront which won't be the case if there wasn't another speedster striker with her.

Gift Monday, Oshoala and Kanu should be the starting strikers.

Super Falcons is missing players like Flourish Sebastian and Ajakaye and onyiniZidane.
You didn't even mention Mercy Idoko or Chioma Olise, na Ajakaiye you mentioned. grin grin grin

Una too like agenda grin how in the world will someone say White was Average as a RB last season with 5assists and 2 goals? Attacking wise, I prefer White to Yasu who only scored a goal while playing that same position last 2 seasons.. I think Yasu is good man-marking a key player better than White.

Please, let’s give Arteta his Credit, Man did a lot of great jobs with the lads, with their goal scoring abilities, team and squad management(even though he needs to improve more on this), play making of the team, a lot more.

EPL and UCL is the Goal this Season
Wait o... Tomi has a goal for arsenal already?

White did nonsense abeg
He's not versatile kankan, even kiwi worse for the LB and it's annoying that is the point i am making
Don't force another position on players that can't adapt to it
Lol bro...the game is changing. Players capable of playing more than one positions are now getting great attention.

Modern football is now based on position and spacing. This is why players need to get used to unfamiliar position. Pep sef played Stone as a midfielder, Benardo as LB and RW, Akanji at LB. I can go on and on.

In our next game, i expect that the back line will be the same, Halimatu, Payne and Ucheibe in the middle, while Ajibade, Oshoala, Onumonu will be in front, although i will like to have Desire play apart of that game, so we can assess her, maybe 30-40 mins to go..
I would go with Esther, Onumonu and Kanu up front.

I hope and pray Kai comes good.

It was easier to defend Jorg cos if you look beyond Chelsea fans complain and watch him without the lens of Chelsea fans, you'll see that he's not really a bad player the way they made him out to be. I knew how many times I drew their attention to some of them esp Ibi.me and Popi concerning the good games he played (Like I personally watched Jorg in Chelsea just to see why he's been scapegoated for all losses) and they'll give one excuse or the other. The most prevalent was that he normally plays good against small team which in a broader sense it isn't bad at all(except na agenda). That's why even though I was angry we signed him at first, I later calm down to analyse things and found out that he won't be bad as a deputy since we'll be meeting most small teams and it's also a short term contract

I did same thing for Havertz but it was the opposite. He hardly impressed me in a match and his overall play was very poor. I personally look at overall play to judge a player and not team's result. Havertz is always found wanting in the overall play and the number of good- to-outstanding performance can be counted in one hand.

I've read all the comments here and aside the goal he scored, nobody seemed to even review Havertz performance. Even newboy Timber don dey get review.
I always like to give players benefit of doubt at times..with valid reasons though.

I was against Jorginho because he is not exactly a DM. Man is just like a DLP which means he was not a suitable cover for Partey.

As for Havertz, I first heard of him when he was at Bayer. His entire travail at Chelsea might be due to coaching issue and position. Arteta has been eyeing him since January.

We wait.

You're underrating Pep sha.

Pep will sign players and even if he doesn't, he'll still use these places effectively while bringing in young players from the academy.

That's how they were saying he'll miss David Silva until he unleashed Foden.

One thing is certain, Man city can never be weaker with Pep at the helm
Lol...make the man do and comot EPL jare.

I'll really be disappointed if we don't compete to carry the league this season. I'm expecting a 3 way battle with us, Man city and Liverpool to compete for the league. Also, we need to carry a cup

For all of Arteta's progress, it's disappointing that he doesn't give our youth a chance. In fact, none of our academy can say they're making the squad through him.

There's no reason why Duberry shouldn't make the team last night. It's really really disappointing
Don't rule out United. They are building something too.
