daveP: He and Saka did not tick ataallllllllll.
Any idea why Laca was complaining? Cos I doubt it's cos he was subbed off. Looked like he's been complain since the first goal.... Tomi needs to be back ASAP. I don't think Laca was complaining about being subbed. Maybe he was frustrated or he may be giving Nketiah some heads up. |

Fkhalifa: Laca is that type of forward who makes your attack tick, hr may not necessarily hit 20 goals, but he'll orchestrate up to that or more . For me, I prefer when the whole attack is a threat and goals come from every angle than relying on a no9 to do all. Yea..you're right. But I still feel Laca can still get the goals while still making the attack tick. Maybe he is always too tired. He could have got at least a goal yesterday but he fumbled. |

Jodera2: . There was a ball he won outside the 18 yard box(near the throw in side), instead of him to clear his lines he was looking to pass, he was grateful that arsenal players quickly closed down the player that intercepted the pass, else na bash we fit dey bash Ramsdale. Another of such scenario occurred in this same match (I think he rushed the pass) that led to Dennis laying the interception for his player who his shot was later saved by Ramsdale.
But the first example I gave was what made me make that statement, cos even dem Allison or Ederson will clear their lines since they're far away from post, looking to pass at that instance to me smacks of overconfidence Yea...I remember both scenarios but I think the players lost concentration. I kinda like his confidence sha but he should not overdo it |

daveP: Vardy comes alive when he sees Arsenal o. But currently, the chemistry between barnes and nacho is something cedric cant even face I won't lie. I was not comfortable with Cedric throughout the match yesterday. There is this kind of intelligence and assurance that Tomi usually brings to his game. |

Jodera2: Which of the first four goals was the best of the bunch today. Was it odegaard, C.Hernandez, Saka or Martinelli?
I'll go with martinelli as the pick of the bunch. The build up to the goal all involving one-touch pass down to martinelli whose shot was also a one-touch hit was just so exquisite mehn!!
But all four goals are all worth watching again sha It's really difficult to pick one but that Odegaard goal is just wow....the way he was able to sneak the ball back to Saka and his run up to receive the ball again is just heavenly One person we need to really commend is Laca, baba just dey lay the ball for Dem kids to score. I will opine we give him like a year contract again at least till the new striker gel with the team. |

Spy360: In the current set up, Xhaka plays as an 8. I will like ESR to try that role, and make similar impact like Odegaard at the RW. we were all berating Martinelli yesterday but he was not really fed . Xhaka only made 4 passes to Martinelli yesterday compared to how Odegaard and Saka linked up. ESR can play that role but his goal return might be limited and Partey will be exposed defensively. |

That was a nice match but I'm not happy with the way we swallowed two avoidable goals. Tierney lost awareness for the first and White did a very poor job for the second. It's like the new role for Xhaka does not just fit him. Martinelli should realise he is a wide forward, not a winger...enter the box son. I told you guys here last week that everybody is part of the process. if a whole coach can turn to ball boy which later yielded a goal and you're still not trusting the process, na wa for you. |

Isak that has poor touches worse than Luuk is whom you are clamoring that we sign, or is it with his poor positional play... The only thing about him is his pace and shot power. Take that way, then we are better off with Jugtla.

isan: Lol u must know better than the whole coaching crew that put the list together so if this your only "player" is invited and get injured we forfeit the match because he is the only player that can navigate their defense ? Next time, when you don't understand basic post, you ask for explanation. Your post here is kinda embarrassing. Now listen, if you're playing an ultra defensive team, there are at least two ways to get around them... You either do cross and nod or play them through the middle. Now when playing them through the middle, you need players who are good with quick interchange of passing...this is where Iwobi comes in but he is suspended. Dribbling and exchanging quick passes will rattle their defensive wall if and only if you get proper players who are good with it. A good dribbler might even won a penalty. The player I was referring to is Ejuke. Like I said, if you don't understand basic post, ask questions... making some sort of mockery of sarcasm post is not the right way. |

Whichever player and whatever formation we use, we need to score first.
Ghana chasing the game will open them up. Lookman, Simon and Osimehn on a counter attack will be so devastating.
But if Ghana score first, we better bring on our crossing boots. The only player who I think has the skill to navigate their defensive set up was not called up. |

andrewbaba44: Na you wey I burst your lies you begin change talk ,you said onuachu didn’t impress at the afcon that’s why ighalo took over and I told you did ighalo impress at the World Cup ?
There is nothing like my darling player ,ighalo is one of my favorite also and many can attest to that here ,you think you can talk down on onuachu and I will allow it ,you had to create lies to make a point ,onuachu was a regular at the afcon
The osimhen you used as an example did he impress against Tunisia ? I guess that makes him a bad player
Oga if auba was playing for the French team he will only be behind benzema ,giroud is not close to the player auba is abeg ,No go talk this thing for outside abeg ,same giroud that didn’t record a goal or an assist throughout the World Cup ? All thanks to Griezmann mbappe and co
Stop being pained because auba left your club for free and a huge pay cut just to play for Barca You're just confusing yourself. Onuachu didn't impress and he was benched, Ighalo didn't impress at the world cup,he was benched against Argentina. I said Osimehn was introduced against Tunisia when Ighalo got injured to further butress my point that Onuachu was benched because he didn't impress AS THE FIRST CHOICE STRIKER. And I don't remember telling you Onuachu was regular. Regular at where? As for Giroud benching Auba, I was specific.... You clearly see the 2018 world cup there, don't you? |
