Less trickery, more end product

By the way, Oma travelled across the world to famz Sadiq Umar, same player he dragged like generator
Yea...I followed him bumper to bumper on his trip. BTW, so it's true he really dragged Sadiq during AFCON? Baba was even denying it cheesy

Unpopular Man city Opinion

Mahrez has not gotten better from his 2015/16 league winning season, he has actually gotta worse
i don't think so. In leceister,he was like a star along Vardy, he was their talisman. But the qualities in man city team is not allowing him to stand out. Mahrez still dey ball abeg

Mehn I'm not impressed with Isak again. But you see Umar, I've never being impressed with him right from his u-17 abi u-20 days and even to his Olympic days. I'm not impressed with this his recent afcon game and the few games I've come across in his league (on few occasions tho).

He's not strong, easily falls, not a good goal scorer, can't pass and personally he isn't a smart player for me. Did I also add he has a poor first touch and that he's slow??

If there's another Sadiq Umar please bring him but not this one I know abeg!!

Maybe I'm viewing him wrongly but if another person have same thought as yours regarding him let the person talk abeg, cos me e go prefer I use balogun upfront than to buy him presently

Heard Ghana wants to bring back some of their old players from retirement ahead of the double header against Nigeria.
Gyan and Muntari were among the 0layers suggested.

Which Abraham? Abraham is good but he is only about goals.

What?? ??
Heavens forbid for my arsenal..
grin grin I was right...

Because he played in Smartbank? Hope you know a lot of la Liga teams were after him but they couldn't meet Almeria's asking price. There is not much difference between him and Isak IMO

Kane and Umar Sadiq are the two players I know who can replace Laca perfectly and still give us something more. They will link up play, give you assists and still score.

Lautaro Martinez or maybe Patrik Schick
Nice.. especially Schick.
I wanna mention Kane too...
If we wanna go with a low budget and young striker as Arteta has been doing, I'll suggest Umar.

I am confused… so if you take a rugby player to basketball and he flops you will say that after all, both sports involve throwing a ball abi? RB is very different from CB, the defending you do in both is very different and not all players can play both.
Rugby and Basketball doesn't correlate with my comparison cos both are different sports... Playing as a RB is a lot easier than playing as a CB IMO ...Awaziem was played as a makeshift RB and he didn't flop like Akpors.

Abeg oo... We need correct young striker(s) next season o. They'll gel, don't worry, after all Tomi, white, ramsdale or gel in defence at once. That striker will gel.

To be honest I need a taller and more rounded striker, to be making use of aerial ball when ever we go long. Laca hardly wins that
Suggest one striker...I have one in mind here but everybody on this thread will reject him outrightly grin

Same akpoguma that said he can’t wait to be a regular player for the eagles and play at the afcon in January ,he said this sometime December ,he later didn’t make the list and told Oma akatugba in an interview that he was dissapointed that he didn’t make it to the afcon and he will keep working ,so I don’t know where owngoal got their news from sha ,maybe it’s true maybe it’s not

I still wonder why people think akpoguma is not committed in playing for naija just because he wanted Germany at first and it took time for rohr to convince him ,you guys want all players to be commit their international future to Nigeria immediately they are being approached ,just like Ebuehi aina balogun Ekong who have no hope of making other national team at first

The foreigners will always put us second ,no matter how fast they commit to us ,it’s only when their national team is faroe island or Azerbaijan they will put us first

Akpoguma was having hope in making the Germany team at first ,if players like ridle Baku ,David Raum Chris Gunter can be having some caps then akpos would surely have hope
Andrew, you will make a good human right activist sha grin grin grin
Na from Nwakaeme matter I begin notice am.
Anyway,in response to your post, Dessers,Aina and Ebuehi were once in same position as Akpors sometimes ago, why didn't we read an article like this about them?

Do we still need Rinsola Babajide??

She's full of running and a wicked Left foot that could cause havock for any defense..
Her wing play were superb.

I had the opportunity of watching their Derby game against Sevilla FC this past weekend, she was exceptional alongside Ghanian Forward Grace Asentewa...

Infact all the African Ladies involved in the game performed so well

Tony Payne..... Nigeria
Rinsola Babajide.... England/Nigeria
Grace Asentewa.... Ghana
Dorine.... Equatorial Guinea
With the way Ordega,Oshoala and Oparanozie is playing now, I think we need her....we don't have depth of we remove the aforementioned three players. We need her abeg

Before playing as a RWB for his club was he tested as a cb for the eagles ?

Just 3 or 4 games as a center back

He is a RB

and was clearly called became he can play both positions

And for now he can't offer us more than what these guys can

simple
Awaziem is a CB ....a full blooded one at that grin

The free kick goal at 2:08 was absolutely fantastic! It’s reminiscent of Ronaldinho’s goal vs England at the 2002 WC.
But the open-net miss at the 0:54s mark was minus in their overall performance. You need to put those glit edge chances away, especially against much better teams than Congo, otherwise it could come back to bite you
The left back is a good set piece taker. She crossed a particular ball that almost went in, in the first half.

The only positive here is their sharpness and athleticism.
They even missed an open net and a one-on-one. Their set piece look great.
And they need to be aware of their surrounding and learn to spray passes instead of holding on to the ball.
They're still young sha so hopefully they mature footballicaly ad they age.
