🚨 Gabriel Magalhaes was involved in a bust-up at a six-a-side friendly in south London on Tuesday night. After a horror tackle, the Brazilian ran at full speed across the astroturf and while he shouted in Portuguese, it did not become physical. 🤬🇧🇷

On Gyokeres, I believe he'll come good. Right now, he's struggling with fitness, adapting and confidence. People asking why we're not playing to his strength should think of the consequences. Some are even criticizing Arteta for not making him the focal point of our attack which to me is a risky thing to do.

My people no be small sontin wan shele for 2026 World Cup as we don dey hear now say FIFA don carry world cup match between Egypt vs Iran as LGBTQ Pride match. According to the tory, the match wey go shele on June 26 for Seattle coincide exactly with the LGBTQ celebration day for that state. And according to their rule, any event wey go shele for their state on that day na automatically LGBTQ Pride event therefore dem go paint the stadium LGBTQ rainbow colour, dem go mount LGBTQ flag inside the stadium and LGBTQ people go carry their rainbow banner take parade during the match. Na diswan don make Egypt and Iran wey be 2 Islamic countries to begin draw ear give FIFA say: I no know whether e get wetin una dey smoke for that una office wey make una dey do anyhow. Because why una go carry match between two Muslim countries say na LGBTQ celebration match? Una dey alright? For Iran, any LGBTQ wey we catch na die because we go cut off their head. For Egypt we go cut off their preeq. But now you wan force our match to be LGBTQ match. Abeg na Allahu Akbar we take dey beg you, we no wan see anything LGBTQ near that match. We no accept am, e dey against our culture, our tradition and our religion, and FIFA suppose to get small shame to allow dem turn football competition to to LGBTQ jamboree Tufia!

With how dynamic Calafiori is, I expect Eze to really up his game. Playing on the left allow him to dictate and carefully make his decisions.

See to watch Nelli sometimes for that LHF take God Grace for one not to lose it... He's not improving at all and should be an impact player at best
I don't think what Arteta asked him to do suits his game. Look at all his goals in UCL. Martinelli is a wide forward and not a touchline winger. Trossard is a bit of both. That's why most fans prefer Trossard on the wing. Jesus is also a better winger than Martinelli.

If we have someone with Ozil's vision in the team who can spot runs, Martinelli and even Gyokeres will score goals.

Riccardo Calafiori!

In the Premier League this season, Riccardo Calafiori has averaged 1.83 shots per 90. That is more than Mikel Merino, Noni Madueke, Martin Odegaard and just shy of Gabriel Martinelli’s 1.89 per 90. The average distance of the Italian’s shots is 14 yards, so these are not speculative efforts.

According to fotmob, 10 of his 22 Premier League shots have been with his right foot and five have been with his head, so there is plenty of variety in how he looks to find the target. Around 1/3 of his attempts have been on his left foot, it is highly unusual for a defender to take so many shots at goal and even more unusual for around two thirds of a left-footed player’s attempts to not be taken with their south paw.
Calafiori is currently treading that very fine line between being an agent of chaos in attack, a solid defender who can recover into space and offer aerial prowess at both ends of the pitch into the bargain.

He has a penchant for getting to the edge of the penalty area just left of centre, chopping the ball back onto his right foot and shooting.

The pleasant surprise this season has not only been Calafiori’s fitness record (for now…) but the sense of defensive security he has given Arsenal. His 3.11 tackles and interceptions per 90 is only marginally behind Jurrien Timber’s 3.81 and Timber is, rightly, considered a world class one-on-one defender who isn’t tasked with leaving his post as often as Calafiori.

He has won 60% of his aerial duels this season, marginally less than Timber’s 61.8% (Gabriel is on 65% with Zubimendi on 70%). His 4.55 ball recoveries per 90 is only bettered by Lewis-Skelly (4.67) from Arsenal’s defenders. Defensive data only gives you a snapshot of course because it is biased towards events, your eyes tell you that the Italian is solid, imposing and when the opponent switches the ball to his side, you rarely see him floundering out of position.

HE HAS BEEN SOLID THIS SEASON!

Raya is a very good shot stopper who always keep his eyes on the ball ; what he lacks in height he makes up for it in good reflex.

I am very confident of Raya Andy day any time as far as stopping goal bound shots is concerned.
True though. We didn't talk about it much but his save yesterday was incredible.

Arteta has zero blame in this game ; Hicanpie and Masquera made his job 100% difficult with their useless yellow cards and their jittery pattern of play.

Rice dropping back to help those two was what stifled our attack and Made it impossible for us to take advantage of the 1 man advantage.

Eze too has been hiding anytime he plays the 10 role. There was a sharp contrast in how he plays and how Odegaard played when he came on. Odegaard was always coming to receive the ball while Eze always hide behind his markers which makes it difficult for him to impact games.

No be today Eze dey do that thing and that's why he's not made much impact in that 10 role bar the Bayern and City games he played those long passes. Eze needs to learn out to call for the ball in a good position; playing 10 is not the same as waiting on the wings for passes to seek u out
God bless you!!!
