fencing alone doesn't stop people that own their land not check their on land expect you have evidences to proof they sold the land to you, documents from family and government alone can defend you u, land?

Good afternoon. I am still seeking input on the plumbing quote(material qty) attached for 4kitchens, 5bathrooms with toilet and a visitors toilet.

The plumber splitted the quote into two for internal works and external. We plan water heater for each of the 4 bathroom.

The last quote excluded water heater for the list of plumbing accessories.

Kindly help with reviewing the quantities for the job.

I attached the floor plan to help review the position of each kitchen and toilet.

Hello everyone, pls i have a big problem with land grabbers aka Omo onile in eleko ibeju lekki area. Even after signed agreement and given them cash of 200k these boys are still tormenting me on the said plot of land. Pls who has the best idea on what to do to permanently solve this problem.

These are how to solve this problem

First is it from the family or from estate agents, or estate developers you bought this land? (1st Question)

Second if it's from the family, Do you have family receipt, after your family receipt, have you survey? is your survey register? Do you have a C of O? if you have all these documents with and they still threaten you, you can jail them.

Thirdly if you buy from estate developer, you must cover with global C of O but in this your case is like you bought from the family.

Your calculation is not correct. You did not factor in the slope of the roofing sheets, side and end laps, off cut and waste.

because the length is 78 ft plus 2ft plus over extension that is 80ft divide by 3.3 bring this back to meters = 24.24242424242424 (Note in calculation this approximately 24meters) 24meters

The Breath is 36ft plus 2ft over extension i.e 38ft divide 3.3 = 11.51515151515152 (approximately 12meters) 12 meters

Length x breadth = 24 x 12 = 288meters

I will advice you to use long span roofing sheet, nobody seeing your roof, it is hidden.
