From experience, this issue is usually not caused by software. It could be signal fault though strong normally don't have this problem which is common with Qsat but they all have signal IC in them which can result in selecting few tps when it's faulty.
If the TP you are seeing after blindscan is lower than its usual % and some tps don't come up when you insert them manually, then it's definitely signal IC but if you can get them manually them it's software issue. You can try upgrading or downgrading.

Thnx so much for your reply. I experience this on my Qsat Q11 decoder. Some channels(CoreTv News, Galaxy TV) are not showing on MultiTv, of which they were showing before. Is it LNB or diseqc, or why could be the issue

go to your remote control press audio and navigate between stereo, left, right etc may be your problem will be over. Remember to give a feedback.

which type of receiver are you using, is it autoroll and what is the signal strenght of your sp24 and that of NTA?

I'm using Q23G autoroll, Signal Strength is 48 while Signal Quality is 57, both for sports 24. NTA is not popping up at all. thnx

Try change the diseqc number example if 34w is in( A) then change it to C or B on the diseqc hope you understand what I mean the diseqc have four port just try the other port

However, if I do a direct Single Cable connection, the 34W will be very stable. But other Sats on the diseqc are not behaving like that. Please what could be wrong with my set up?

This is problem when you leave your flash drive , card reader , modem on your qsat for long time when you are not using it

Solution
Remove every thing that you insert on your qsat such as usb modem, card reader, flash drive, momery card and sim . After you done that then turn of your qsat and turn on again your problem is now solve
