According to SPE,Nigeria spends over $10m daily on fuel import. it's very unfortunate that a country like Nigeria with large crude oil reserves and being the largest crude oil producer and exporter in Africa and eighth in the world, still imports more than 80 per cent of its petroleum products needs.
