Dangote even if he is cutting corners, will have international lawyers who will scrutinize all the loopholes and eventualities. This is why big co-operations don't invest in Nigeria. We like electing agberos to lead us, they just wake up one day to spoil multi-billion dollar businesses just because their personal interest is not included.
