Apt, two of my name that got sold last week on GoDaddy, was registered and listed on spaceship. After price agreement with both of them, they told me that they can only buy it on GoDaddy. Another thing is that we should also make sure we list on GoDaddy, one of my name that was sold on GoDaddy, was listed by the previous owner, I failed to do the ownership verification. I've called, chatted and mailed them, still they're yet to cancel the sale so that I can list it and the buyer will be refunded and repurchase it on GoDaddy.

And the big Domainer didn't do all the work of hussling for the name for hours. He's just waiting at the auction house for others to do the work while he outbids them.

So if they didn't backorder in the first place perhaps it might have been open for all of them to reg at the drops.

Name that is just suppose to be $10 for all ..but auction house will end up getting up to $1K--talk about zero investment. Of course, they provide the servers and catching tool. That's mad ROI. Money like water.

Yeh, big Domainer gets to sell the name for $30K or so 123 years after or worst case scenario, liquidates for 4 fig as it's a pronounceable 4L.

on dropcatch ,you can't join the auction if you did not backorder the domain name initially,only expired auction and others is open for all. Though I understand the part of buying name.that should be $10 for 600 and above cos of some individuals with big pocket.

Now is time to move from quantity to quality just like in domain names we also have correct quality lead, not everyone likes or prioritize domain name no matter how good it fits their business. How do you create this quality leads then? Personalize your outreach!! If your domain name is Florida mummy and Daddy, instead of outbounding blindly to 150 Florida mummy and Daddy businesses sometimes the leads are not 100 percent accurate infact if you use those softwares there's a high chance that 60 percent or 70 percent of your outbounding are going to people that wouldn't even dare to pay to have your domain name, The epistle is long already to cut it short, Use Chat GPT and search for the top mummy and Daddy business in Florida if the result is only 10 or 15, get their emails and company names and attache them in your sales letter ✉️ like that you will know you're talking to Bryan@mummyanddadyy, include their names and company names in your letter, ask them will you be interested? Have you discussed with your team? Is this something you would need? Outline the importance of the domain name. If you can't reach the CEO search for the Senior director of digital marketing in the business, those are the decision makers and not ordinary staffs

Just few days after I completed my transfer in to unstoppable domains for the free transfer,I just got an email of a geo domain sale I previously outbounded about few months ago for 200 dollars,I was wondering if it was because of the privacy cos the old register was namebright which have no domain privacy and this domain was suppose to expire in December now.i have to pay 11 dollars to transfer out of unstoppable. This sale came after 8 month of sales drought.
Besides,I want to ask if the new dollar account change on grey is automatic or I have to request for another one myself.

I think only unstoppable domains do that , other registrar don't work like that, thanks though..

If an Afternic sale it's most likely going to be cancelled due to the 60 days lock (from others recent experience) except you can engage the rep to initiate the earlier suggested push.

No, the outbound I did was about few months ago so I don't know who bought it,but people have been waiting for the 60 days lock now,why should this be any different.

Don't ever try to push to customer by yourself... Afternic stressed me die for doing that. Thank God my customer trusted me enough to transfer ownership back to me.

Had she refused, Afternic would have held on to my cash and still, at the same time, refuse to refund the buyer as they knew they would lose out of their exorbitant charges if the buyer made a direct transfer to my USD account after getting the refund.

I can't even think of doing that,it's not standard practice.
