I can attest to the first one cos you reported the sale here and I think somebody sold the singular version of it for $299 on this same thread.

You can also delete a name you registered. I remember deleting so much on Namesilo that I exhausted my quota.

I thought there are restrictions on deleting a lot of names on a particular registrar.

Some of these registrars do it as well. They take a name, then remove it after some months from their platform, hence it goes back to pending delete. When you check deleted names sometimes, you see a name acquired in 2022 dropping in 2022.

I've seen Sav do this sometimes.

This is caused by people who backordered a name on sav and was unable to pay so they delete the name hence why the name show back on expired domains.
This is in sav case I don't know about other ones.

Same bro. I avoided them for a long time. But this particular niche, I did not want to pass it. Plus it is already indexed on Google.

I have a city in Florida+attorney and I have not even see offer after outbounding and follow ups.

But I noticed with this domain and other law domains I bought in the past, my mails hardly make it into the inbox of these end users. I have at least 60 leads for this domain and only about 5 of them get my mails. Any way around this?

This is exactly my problem with law niche domains and I have stop buying them except I see a very good one

lol Dan marketplace is 9%,epik is 9% so it's not too much as there's trust between buyer and seller.

Not only you,this one james39 said he has been refunded maybe is because he used PayPal I don't know when they are going to refund mine now and the domain I want to register is still available for registration.
