I wrote their support about the longer verification time,they say I still have to wait,I think they have plenty new users awaiting verification.

During the sign-up there are two options: Personal or Business account.

I was confused which to sign-up for; went for the latter and stuck with a forever verification..

Maybe I would have to delete the account and sign-up for the personal instead. Meanwhile, I updated payout to the normal crypto. Finger crossed.

I think it should be personal,we await your response on the crypto(BTC) payment.

They cleared mine too but I later saw it on my USD account. I converted to naira and withdrew asap

They send emails concerning this that they wan to discontinue the USD card and the balance on the card will be refunded to your USD account.

How true is this? Because those backordering services are something else.
