A loophole doesn't mean it's illegal, it just means it's a legal loophole that needs to be clogged. Even Warren Buffett and Bill Gates have said they will gladly pay more in taxes despite being multibillionaires. Sanders is on the right track, the ultra rich need to pay their fair share of taxes.
it's not a loophole, it is perfectly legal anybody can take advantage of the same provision provided they met the criteria, until the united States Congress passes a law making it illegal, stop tagging it as such

Sanders is a socialist, he's off the rails

They already pay more than the rest combined anything more is theft.

I asked you for your idea of fair share, you tactful avoided it.

What do I care if Bill Gates and Warren buffets want to pay more. More power to them , doesn't mean the rich aren't still taxed heavy

Did I say he denied anyone top position because of race? Don't let your bias cloud your comprehension. FYI he appointed a Nigerian...Adebayo Ogunlesi to his economic advisory forum.... but does that make him non racist/racist? Racism in the US is subtle....not easily proven.
You are the one with comprehension issues

I said provide proof he denied anybody positions based on race, I was putting you own hypothesis to test.

I don't even like trump style personally,so what are you on about

He's too confrontational and brass

if he was a bit cooler and calculative like a trey gowdy or Jordan Peterson , he would own the DNC

But I prefer over most DNC candidates. those I can't stand their virtue signalling

Going by your logic, I can accuse you of being a thief because as a Nigeria their is that subtle scammer attitude in most of us.

I gave you a range and you chose to focus on the higher tax bracket but it still doesn't change the fact that the ultra wealthy employ all sorts of financial engineering schemes to avoid paying their fair share in taxes. This is a known fact. I don't make baseless claims or arguments withiut beeing well acquainted with the issue at hand. I read Amazon's last earning report and listened to the conference call, one of the reasons why they paid no tax has to do with carrying forward previous losses, in essence, they can carry forward those loses which inadvertently reduces their profits for as many years as required to finally being the loss down to zero. This is just one of many loopholes the rich have used to dodge paying their fair share in taxes, even Trump pays minimal taxes and he compliments himself as being smart for not paying more than he should. I don't charge a dime for my free online lessons.
You said everyday people pay between 25-40% , your words not mine.

So you are this enlightened and you are making it sound like they are stealing other people's money or doing some sneaky stuff

Also, this is perfectly legal.

A company's primary goal is to provide great products and maximize profit, why won't they exploit any legal means to minimize their task burden.

Business is not charity, let's stop with this baseless argument. until it becomes illegal stop tagging it as a loophole

You and I both know they did nothing wrong, besides the amount of income the government gets from tax from Amazon employees is no joke. Stop making it look like they are evil freeloaders.

And that's just one part amazon are also fund of reinvesting profit and help to drive innovation that eventually drives up stock prices.

The lack of Black people in top management doesn't prove racism. It is when you deny the person to get into that position because of his race.

Cohen is not trying to reduce his sentence.... he is prepared to serve his time and to expose Trump...the reason for the criminal investigation. He has not tried to get a Presidental Pardon.... and has said he will not accept one if given.
Yes I follow Bloomberg...but get more detailed interviews and discussions from NPR...National Public Radio.
You are Cohen's lawyer or part of the legal team to be privy to all this knowledge

bring proof that he denied black people top management position. Then we would talk. this is just your bias at work

Fair share is getting rid of loopholes the ultra rich exploit to pay little to no taxes. Amazon made $11 billion in profile last year and paid zero, zilch, nunca, nothing, nada in taxes while the common man pays anywhere from 25%-40% in federal and state tax. That's unfair.
I can destroy this in 5 sec

But pls download the financial statement and note to share holders. You will learn alot.

the common man doesn't go pay anything close to 40% .

You have to earn above 400k year to attract that tax bracket

1. Trump was loved by Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson?...and which other Black leaders?..how you came to that conclusion? Is it maybe because they met with him?...therefore they love him? Kanye West and Steve Harvey met with him... Kanye loves him...does Steve Harvey? ...and 3ven if they all do love him...does that mean he is not a racist? How many Blacks love Messi..... does that make him not a racist?
His personal lawyer for like 10 years.... .Mike Cohen.... said he is a racist. Wouldn't he know?
2. Trade war..... master stroke?....if China did not retaliate. .ost countries never do...China did...the ones who suffer the most are Trump's supporters because his base is in the Middle Belt and China targeted products coming out of the middle belt. Within two weeks more tariffs should be implemented..... China is ready to retaliate...they will not go into effect.
pls do a detailed good search

Every DNC leader from the Clintons and even Hollywood elite all cool with trump up until the run up to the Election

Then the seam campaign, first he was a joker, the a crook and when that didn't work. They came up with the identity politics angle, he's a racist, he hates gay's, he hates women bla bla bla.

They pushed the narrative that he would repeal laws that affect the LGBTQ community

over 2 years in Nothing has changed

This is the same tactics the DNC has used over the years. Name it, is it Dick cheeny, Mitt Romney, George Bush the list goes on. Anybody center left, libertarian or right wing is a racist, misogynist or hates the LGBTQ

I don't blame them, it's an effective strategy because alot of people want to believe it. Confirmation bias

My point is until you have evidence you can't go about accusing people of stuff

Where is your proof of racist activityhuh?

what happened to innocent until proven guilty

And the case if Cohen, Cohen testimony can't be trusted. Prior to his meeting with Congress, he was prepped by ranking DNC members of the oversight committee

Cohen used the lack of black people in top management position in his company as justification for being racist.

I'm not a lawyer but I can destroy that argument in 5 secs.

That hearing was just a rehearsed farce, Cohen needs a deal to shorting his sentencing

You can say trump is erratic, impulsive , foul mouthed and has temper tantrums. I'll agree with you

but better back up your claims with facts, if you throw in the racism card

Job is going overseas because greedy Corporate America just don't care....
All they want is more money which is possible when manufacturing is outsourced.....
An apple executive was asked why I-phone couldn't be manufactured in America......
His response was epic, he said it's not apple's responsibility to provide jobs for Americans. The govt should do that.....

Trump got the diagnosis right but his treatment won't work....
Seriously u want to force China to buy what they don't need....
How sensible is that....
And import tarrifs won't work, u hurt the consumers....
Manufacturing may leave China but they go elsewhere not the USA, maybe africa which is good for us anyway...

For pragmatic solutions....
How about making college easily affordable to the youths without enduring neck breaking loans...

How about retraining or reskilling of workers affected by globalisation n outsourcing to other productive ventures....

How about providing funds to public schools to stimulate interest in STEM amongst students....as we all know, STEM is the backbone of future economy....

How about increasing direct govt funding for research and development in AI, robotic manufacturing, 3D printing, 5G tecnology, automated assemblies, new materials, high end manufacturing, quantum technology.....
Thereby keeping an edge in innovation and productivity, rather than feeling threatened by foreign competitors and kidnapping their daughters....

The above are the ways manufacturing can return to USA...
China is already ahead in all these new technologies and can boast of 100 percent robotic assemblies yet America that badly needs it dont even one....

Even if u feel China is hurting your economy, an holistic approach of ensuring Chinese economy is properly evaluated and placed rightfully by IMF and WTO will be more pragmatic.....

How about putting a leash around the neck of greedy capitalist establishment by enacting policies that makes needless outsourcing unattractive.....

Trump won't do this because he also benefits from the brutal capitalism bleeding poor Americans badly...
A con man who once open a fake university, awarding dubious certificates to naive Americans.....
A 419 who filed for bankruptcy repeatedly to avoid paying back his debt....
He even bragged is an expert in bankruptcy.....

Hillary Clinton's policy of bringing America glory days back consisted of the points I wrote about, but the short-sighted Americans won't see it.....

Now they have trump who wants to build a wall, keep immigrants out and force the rest of the world to buy American products they don't need.....

it is very evident from what you wrote you have very limited knowledge on economics and just regurgitate what you hear without fully grasping the subject matter

in one breath you complain about tariff and complain about job going overseas.
the major purpose of the tariff is to correct the trade in balance between China and the US. To put it bluntly china has been raping the US. But with climbing debt china have now come to the table on bended knee to kiss the US.
The reason Jobs went overseas, is because it cost significantly less to produce products in China that most European countries and America. Hence most companies moved their production to Asia. It's not just the US, it's every big County
This is more in the failings on China than perceived uncontrolled capitalism. the population of China means more people are willing to work for significantly less and with abysmal human right condition companies can get away with alot in China

Inflation rate is not higher than wage rate, pls be educated. where is your data of the sliding middle class? The US is known for wage mobility hence the phrase "The American Dream"

The issue of college is sad, but there are trade schools and community colleges also I feel you should only collect loans if you intend to study a STEM course. Taking a loan to study arts is just stupid. Free college cost money, Who payshuh
things that are quality are not cheap

What dey don't tell you about single payer health in countries like Canada is the useless wait time to get a doctor and general gradual degradation of that countries health care system. Most go to the US for more serious medical condition.. I don't have the answer for health care but single payer health care has very significant drawbacks

U can't move money out of that country at will.....
They've refuse to open up their banking and financial sector, because they know the havoc greedy corporate guyz can wreck on a fragile but rising economy.....
Chinese university education is free, thus China is able to conveniently churn out millions of vibriant educated workforce every year....
Something America can't boast of.....in fact 40 percent of students in American colleges are foreigners....

Extreme of everything is bad...both socialism and capitalism...
I initiated didn't want to but you asked for it

China operates a mixed economy : very limited capitalism and command economics(govt controlled means of production and distribution)

China fuelled their remarkable year on year growth by unprecedented government spending with GDP growth of 6.5-8 percent year on year

disadvantage
Government spending created a total debt-to-GDP ratio of 260 percent. This includes debt held by the government, corporations, and consumers. Since the state owns many corporations, it must be included. The consumer debt may have also created an asset bubble .

Urban housing prices have skyrocketed as low-interest rates fueled speculation. High growth levels have come at the cost of consumer safety. The public has protested
pollution , food safety, and inflation .

It also created a class of ultra-rich professionals who want more individual liberties. They live in urban areas, since that's where most of the jobs are. In 2017, almost 60 percent of the population lived in urban areas. In the 1980s, it was just 20 percent.
Local governments are charged with providing social services but aren't allowed to tax to fund them. As a result, families are forced to save. China doesn't offer benefits to people who've moved from the farms to the cities to work. Interest rates have been low, so families don't receive much return on their savings.

As a result, they don't spend much. That keeps domestic demand low and slows growth.

Trump is popular? What is his popularity rating?...quote that and compare it with that of Obama or Bush at the same point. His well attended rallies are in select racist areas in the country. He belongs to New York.... and can't even be present in NY let alone hold a rally..... too much protest and traffic jams. Many of the people who voted for him did so because of his coded racist campaign. Racists will always support him regardless of what he does....many other supporters have been affected economically by his policies....money is everything to them...they will not vote for him. How many in his own party...whom he selected has jumped ship?...record number...and you are here talking about how popular he is. His trade war with China has affected his voters...be imposed tariffs on certain imports from China....China retaliated by imposing tariffs on products coming out of areas of his core supporters. They are now suffering. He is popular neither at home nor abroad. If you know how a US President is elected..... you should know that it is not by who get the most votes cast by the citizens..... called the popular votes.... Hillary won that. He is wayy more unpopular now than when he was elected.
Say what you want about trump, but 2 things I will always disagree with are

1. He's racist, how? Prior to Running for president, in the 90's and early 2000. he was loved by most of the black leaders Jessie Jackson and Al shapton

Can you give me an example where he is a racist??

I mean personal examples, not his supporters yadda yadda yadda

He was only labelled a racist when he became a prominent figure in the Republican Party

2. Trade war was a master stroke, for the first time china is coming on bended knee to negotiate. Trump is a ruthless business man. You have to give it to him. Have you seen the economic growth and unemployment numbers??

For you point on Hilary winning highest number of votes America is a constitution federal republic

meaning each state is autonomous.

so the electoral college model was adopted as the determinant for their Presidential election. Each state according to the number of population is ascribed a number of votes in the electoral college. the higher the population the higher the number of votes.

Who ever wins the simple majority in each state carries the electoral votes.

this was done so that every part of the country would be involved in deciding the outcome of the president.

If the highest votes approach was used New York and California(because of their high population) would be deciding the outcome of the president

I hope that's clear, he lost the popular vote because of the hold the democratic party has in urban areas. He won most parts of the country

So your argument is invalid

The IS250 is a small beautiful luxury car. If u don't like crampy interiros u won't like it. And it's a sheep in wolf clothing. What I mean by that is that it looks like a really capable sports car but it's not as fast as it looks. That doesn't make it a bad car, still got the Lexus luxury soft leather and other features and RWD gives it better handling. But if u like more spacious cabin then the es330 might be what u need. Not as aggressive as the IS but very comfortable, in fact too comfortable u might fall asleep driving it.
thanks for the detailed breakdown
I'll be 25 this year. no family now or in the nearest future and I'm 5'7 so I think I won't mind the crampy nature of the vehicle. Plus I'm not a speed devil

the ES 330 ,I don't like it

I'll like if you can recommend other capable vehicles within the 2million price range , pls exclude any type of corolla

I've literally seen a 2006 IS250 with just rear damage sold on IAA for $1400. Last week.

Anyway, a 2004 ES330 is probably the best option.
just checked out the 2004 ES330 ,don't like it

I earn 400k

I've always fancied the luxus is250-300 .

my brothers corolla was stolen in December, I'm not too keen in buying a thief magnet

would 2mill get me the is 250-300 ?

after the rain that beat me today I've decided to get a car. I'm tired of the bus life.

budget: 2mill maximum

I earn 6 figure income monthly

I need a car that scores points in the following categories

luxury
reliability
maintenance
performance

in that order

and this would be my first car so I really don't need something that would bother me so much

you advice would be appreciated.
