How are we going to know that we've been sent a mail?
The email address during the registration has @fidelitybank.com. How do we get contacted? Is it through mobile phones or we need to login into the career page to check? I don't know if anyone here understands my point. Thanks

just got information from a strong insider that 80% of the new intakes will be fixed in marketing department where the need is greatest. not so sure though but you guys should prepare your mind.

I suspected this when one of the interviewers asked me that "If he trains me on marketing, will I be able to do it"?

I can relate because one of the staff told us the next stage is medicals but he didn't tell us when precisely. So how you got to know it is this week is my concern.

in heritage everyone does marketing. keep that in mind! and they take it seriously.

of course every banker is a marketer irrespective of your department. But, there are some who are just fixed for marketing and that's the question.

because during the interview i was asked which section of the bank will i fit in and I said OPERATIONS SECTION. so, they said if we train you on marketing, will you be able to do it?

You will be asked to pick a paper from an envelope. What you pick is what you discuss. And you will be given 30 seconds to gather your thoughts while you discuss the topic for 3 mins...Then you go for the next phase of the interview, the real panel interview...The first phase is just a presentation to two panelists, not an interview per se. You even present your topic sitting down facing them...So it's more like a one-on-one discussion. All the best !
