look for a laptop with atleast 4gb dedicated graphics, must be nvidia too.
then you need 16gb ram and an ssd storage not hdd if you're really serious about those things. should cost you 160k total if you're going for a uk used laptop.

ssd at least 240gb should cost you N15,000 while the ram sticks should't be more than N16,000

Also make sure the laptop has atleast a 1080p screen if you're planing on doing video or photo editing. 4k would be best.

After you've gotten approval you can get api from interswitch(quickteller), or paystack but both will charge a fee and if you're using quickteller get ready to pay a lot and file lots of documents.

I have been using Paystack since 2018 and never experienced any issues with them.

Kindly explain how Paystack will frustrate his/her destiny.

Paystack is good for payments in Nigeria but don't even try international payments especially in usd.
Paystack can't refund users money back incase of website failure whereas rave can refund every customers money directly to the card used for purchase in one click.
