I recommend onelight's apk from this thread:Built-in Adhoc Server, you need to uninstall your ppsspp first before you can install it. It connects faster and more stable than the latest version in terms of adhoc Multiplayer. Using this, you wont be needed to start AdhocServer.apk in the procedure, just check "enable built-in Adhoc Server" under settings->system->networking.
Since it's under testing, your feedback regarding bugs are welcome.
[Procedures]
1. Go to Settings->System->Scroll down and find Networking and edit these lines.
Enable Wlan - Check
Adhocserver - this is very important, wrong input will cause "!freezing". Type192.168.43.1 for Portable Wifi hotspot [both players should put the same]
MacAddress - Just Click the Mac Address Box to generate a random one, just make sure that it wasn't the same as the other's. (in PPSSPP v0.9.9, Customizing Mac Address is only available in ppsspp.ini file from SDcard\PSP\SYSTEM)

2. Turn on your Android's Portable WifiHotspot, tell your friends to connect using their wifi.

4. Start PPSSPP, make sure your game is at 100% speed or closer, use frameskip if necessary (max:1 or else it will be unstable)Don't use Cheats, Save States, Pause Menu, Speed Toggle or Timer Hack during gameplay

Both players are synonymous with the Champions League. Raul Gonzalez won three titles with Real Madrid between 1998 and 2002, while Lionel Messi has also claimed the coveted trophy thrice in his career at Barcelona.
Raul was just 20 when Madrid beat Juventus to win their seventh European Cup crown (their first in the Champions League era) in 1998. The first in colour, as it is often described in Spain, following previous triumphs in 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960 and 1966.
The striker then scored a memorable breakaway goal in the 3-0 final win over Valencia in 2000 and added another as Madrid claimed the title again in 2002 with a 2-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen. And en route to those triumphs, there were also crucial strikes against more of Europe's elite, such as Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
Messi, meanwhile, was still a teenager when Barca were proclaimed champions in 2006 and sat out the latter stages after picking up an injury against Chelsea earlier in the competition.
Nevertheless, the Argentina attacker played a starring role in the 2009 win as he headed home the second goal to seal victory for Barca over Manchester United and Cristiano Ronaldo in Rome. And two years later, he put Sir Alex Ferguson's side to the sword once again with a superb strike in the 3-1 Wembley win.

When his playing days are over, Lionel Messi will be remembered for so many magical moments in a Barcelona shirt - but the Argentine attacker always seems to save his very best for the Champions League.
Although not a pivotal part of Barca's win in 2006, the forward made the world sit up and truly take notice in 2009 as he headed home his side's second against Manchester United in Rome. Before that game, the talk had been focused on his duel with Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese, many believed, was the more complete player - yet it was the Argentine who won the match with a rare and brilliant header past Edwin van der Sar.
In 2011, his contribution was even greater. Drawn against Real Madrid in the semi-finals, Messi silenced the Santiago Bernabeu with both goals for Pep Guardiola's side in a 2-0 win and the second is considered by many his best Barca goal as he dribbled past several players before slotting superbly past Iker Casillas.
In the final, he followed up with another special strike as he hit home from long-range against Manchester United in the 3-1 Wembley win to seal a third title for the Catalan club in the space of five seasons.
But that's just the tip of the iceberg. His fantastic four-goal show against Arsenal in 2010 saw him decribed as a "Playstation" player by Arsene Wenger, while his five versus Bayer Leverkusen in 2012 is a competition record and he is also the only player to have hit four hat-tricks in the Champions League.
So while Raul's role in Madrid's success was important, Barca's success in the Champions League under Pep Guardiola would have been unthinkable without Messi.
"Without Leo we would have been competitive," Guardiola once said. "But we wouldn't have been able to achieve all that we did."
That is certainly true and at the age of 27, the Argentine is set to smash Raul's record (along with Cristiano Ronaldo, who is on 70 strikes in the competition) if he stays at Barca for the coming campaigns.

Having conquered the Ebola virus within its borders, Nigeria has offered to take the fight to countries still struggling with the deadly disease.
"It is in this light that I announce that the first set of 250 volunteers have been prepared and would soon be deployed to affected countries to help fight the Ebola virus," Nigerian Minister of Health, Khaliru Alhassan, said in Abuja, while addressing newsmen on Nigeria's efforts at containing the spread of the virus in the West African sub region.
Minister Alhassan explained in Abuja that the 250 volunteers are among over 500 registered, fully trained health workers awaiting final approval to be deployed, according to a dispatch from the News Agency of Nigeria.
The minister also allayed fears that the lives of the volunteers were at risk given the situation in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
He emphasized that the volunteers have been adequately trained and mobilized, and that they would be further guided in the mission areas by other experts from international partners.
According to Alhassan, Nigeria would retain another set of over 250 volunteers that could be called upon in the event of an emergency within the country.
The minister also announced the establishment of a national emergency operation center in Abuja as part of government's commitment towards strengthening its status as an Ebola-free nation.

In San Francisco, Microsoft announcedthe next version of its Windows operating system: Windows 10.
The name is definitely not in line with expectations, but also comes on the heels of rumor talk that it could pick up another title. Happily, the last 943 people to cover the operating system got the name wrong. I am among them.
Starting tomorrow, Microsoft will launch a Windows Insider Programthat will give users who are comfortable with running very early beta software access to Windows 10. This first preview will be available for laptops and desktops. A build for servers will follow later. Microsoft says it is opening up this beta process to get more feedback from more users early on, but also noted that this will be a learning experience for the company and that some experiments users will get in new builds may not make it into the final version.
The company went on to detail that its new operating system will have a tailored user experience between different screen sizes — that’s to say that if you are on a smaller device, you will see a different sort of user interface. The code will run across all device categories: “One product family. One platform. One store.”
Microsoft is currently riffing on the following: Enterprise value, device management, the ability to customize the store to the device you are on, and a way to protect data. Or, to put it more precisely, there will be the ability of the enterprise to manage their devices, and “customize” their application store, and so forth.
Put more bluntly, the company is going for the enterprise crown.
As expected, the company is bringing back a few features of Windows 7, too, including a redesigned start menu that combines the basic Windows 7 menu with the (resizable) tiles of the Windows 8 start screen. Windows 8 Metro apps can now also open in a windowed mode on the desktop, so you aren’t taking into the full-screen mode by default and you can use a “modern” Windows 8 side by side with a standard Windows desktop app.
Windows 10 will also allow users to work with multiple desktops. Thanks to Microsoft’s new “Snap Assist” UI, the company is making it easier for these power users who need these multiple desktops to grab apps from multiple desktops and move them around.
And yes – if you really want love your keyboard, you can always drop back down into the command line, too, which has also been improved quite a bit.
While Microsoft focused mostly on the regular mouse and keyboard combo for interacting with the operating system, the company stressed that it is not giving up on touch. Windows 10 will still have a Windows 8 like Start Screen for users on touch-enabled machines, for example.
Some of the gestures will change a bit in Windows 10 (swiping in from the left now gets you a task view, for example), but the overall feature set seems to be very similar to that in Windows 8 and even the Windows 8 Charms bar is still available.
One thing Microsoft did not show (at least so far), is any other consumer features in Windows 10. What the company did talk about a bit, however, is that Windows 10 for the phone will look and work almost exactly like the slightly pared down modern UI on Windows 10. One thing Microsoft clearly learned from the experience with Windows 8 is that if it wants to build a single operating system and user interface for every device, it can’t just optimize for edge cases.
