The true history of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidency will only be fully written after he leaves office;when today’s paid propagandists have moved on to their next assignment.

History will not remember this administration through slogans or media spin. It will remember it through statistics, through pain, and through the lived realities of ordinary Nigerians.

It will ask:

How many top military officers and soldiers were killed?

How many citizens — including women and children — were kidnapped?

How many innocent people lost their lives?

How many Nigerians were pushed deeper into extreme poverty by harsh economic policies?

How many businesses collapsed and companies shut down?

How many children were forced out of school?

How many communities were abandoned because insecurity made life impossible?

How many Nigerians fled their own country in search of survival and dignity elsewhere?

How much was borrowed in loans with little or nothing tangible to show for it?

How many promises were made but never fulfilled?

When the dust settles, the record may reflect a presidency marked more by suffering than progress — a chronology of disappointment from beginning to end.

And what of the sycophants and online propagandists?

At best, history may reserve only a short paragraph for them: that many young people were paid to defend the indefensible online 24/7, to call white black and black white, to twist narratives, suppress criticism, and distract public attention by constantly attacking Peter Obi who, at the time, represented the administration’s biggest political nightmare.

In the end, propaganda fades. Reality remains. And history is often kinder to the truth than to those who tried to bury it.

He should learn from what happened in Turkey

My guess is that he knew the transaction was fraudulent from the very beginning. His sudden attempt to claim ownership appears calculated.

He likely acted because he knew the person who fraudulently acquired the property was nearing death, and he wanted to exploit his insider knowledge of the entire scheme.

Knowing that the original owner could no longer openly defend or explain the acquisition, especially since the property was not registered in his real name and was allegedly purchased with ill-gotten wealth traced back to Nigeria, he moved in to position himself as the beneficiary.

In essence, this looks less like a legitimate claim and more like an opportunistic move to inherit the proceeds of fraud, banking on silence, confusion, and the inability of the real actors to come forward.

When Nigeria finally gets it right politically, institutionally, and in leadership, all properties illegally acquired by government officials or through public office must be forfeited, whether they are located in Nigeria or abroad. There can be no sanctuary for assets linked to corruption, no matter how powerful the individuals involved or how sophisticated the paper trail appears.

In all, it's shameful!

Until a country’s leadership changes, we will continue to see stories like this. Leadership is everything. People look at the President, they look at the Inspector General of Police, and they look at society as a whole. From that, they draw one clear conclusion: we are all in this together.

Corruption at the top always flows downward through the system. Where the President is corrupt, the institutions beneath him will reflect it. Where the President is clean, disciplined, and accountable, you will see it in the police, the civil service, and across society. This is not theory—it is global practice. Leadership sets the standard, and the nation follows.

TINUBU must go before we have rest not only in Nigeria but also globally.

Tinubu’s time will come if he continues on this path.
Instead of providing for the citizens, they are behaving exactly like Venezuela’s former president.
It seems the people around our president are setting him up for capture—just look at their actions.
