I carried our personal effect in my brother's space bus today and I was stopped by AMAC task force team on the ground that I committed an offence by folding the car back chair to enable the load I was carrying stay comfortably inside the car
They couldn't provide any proof to there claims,and the police nearby that I called to intervene said I should go and meet them to settle the matter.
The AMAC guys asked to bring 35,000 to settle them and collect local government permit.

It is important to note
1) The car is registered as private and not commercial
2)Neither the boot nor door of the car was not opened as a result of the load.
3) The documents of the car are complete and valid,it still has about 6months before expiration.

My Questions are
1)Do you need a license before collapsing your back seat to carry your personal effects in abuja?
2)Is there a law to that effect?

3)HAVE WE BEEN ILLEGALLY EXTORTED?
