How can one open a demo account that doesn't expire , my pepperstone demo account just expired and my intention was to test run with a demo for at least 3 month and see my progress.

When you sue for damages, it is at the discretion of the judge to give you any amount, all or some reduction.
Once you get such judgment, all you need do is discover accounts of eg npf in any bank in and outside naija. Go back to court and get a garnishing order against such accounts where ever.
This accounts will be frozen and monies therein paid to you.
Why do you think fgn had to pay nwoko such huge monies? Why do you think customs had to pay a company $5.8m recently for wrongly seizing their rice?
If this girl gets judgement, npf will pay!

Baba nobody is ignorant here, at least I know the court can order that the Nigerian police/ government asset or account be frozen on failure to make payment. This is law we are talking about, there's always a way around the law. By the time they keep adjourning the case followed by mild, medium and severe threat by the NPF , the girl would be tired of the whole issue.
By the way this is not the first time the NPF would be sued and demanded to pay up for damages, can you give accurate statistical figure of people that have been paid. This is Nigeria sir

If I may ask, what is the process or procedure to confiscate Nigerian asset abroad. And how long does such process take. Get wahala with police then you would understand the true nature of threat . By the time they are done threatening her , na the girl go call off the case.
