I want to ask, Does God write down the names of people that would become rich in life? That is, if your name isn't there on the list, no matter how hard and smart u work, you can never become rich?

God never created anyone to be poor it's just ur mindset and failure to apply some certain principles into ur life we have seen a lot of multi billionaires who doesn't even acknowledge God's existence but are doing what naturally needs to be done to attract riches to themselves.

Owning 2 estates is good, but not the best approach. Too much concentration of risk.

If he owns 2 estates, that suggest he's probably letting them out. The wear and tear on rented properties in Nigeria can badly reduce the value of the properties in the long run. What looks like a shiny modern estate today, can become a run down and highly devalued estate in 15 years time.

Also, owning an entire estates of rented properties will not do much for the value of each property in the long run. The houses may become difficult to sell individually in the future.

Concentrating ownership in such a way is also risky. Just one unfortunate incident can tarnish the reputation of an entire estate and undermine the value of the properties.

A better bet will be to spread the risk by buying properties in multiple upmarket and middle class locations. That way, he is spreading risk.

Buildings might wear out but the value of the land will never depreciate.
