Imo state has the highest gas reserve in Nigeria and and as a region, Southeast has the highest gas reserve.
I mean, I'm not getting it. Why would federal government want to exclude the region from gas pipeline master plan?
If any Northern region has the highest gas reserve would it be excluded from the pipeline master plan?

Federal government should make sure they don't shortchange Southeast so that exploration of gas would be easy because gas off course is very important for Nigeria revenue considering that it can only get better for Nigeria in gas exploration.

Countries like Qatar built a strong economy from gas and Nigeria should also take advantage of gas economy.

Maybe the federal govt wants south east militants to start blowing up gas pipelines in the region before they will do the needful. This is exactly how the people of the niger delta was badly treated before their militants started blowing up oil pipelines and kidnapping oil workers before the federal govt now considered them as critical stakeholders that deserved to benefit from their own God given natural resources.

So this olodo professor knows all these yet prefers to support the man that's behind this great injustice against his own people instead of supporting his brother that will correct the marginalisation?

I really feel that Tinubu is not patriotic. Many years ago, he made a statement which made it to a newspaper headline : "I don't believe in one Nigeria". It's obvious that this belief still sits solidly in his mind.

Apart from Lagos and Abuja projects, one can not point to any major project from previous completed or new ones reaching significant progress.

Almost 4 years into the government, Abuja - Lokoja- Kabba....-Lagos is terrible. Warri-Benin is no where near completion. Same trend in other zones. Yet the government is prioritizing coastal highway.

Kaduna is only good for votes while lagos for projects.

Nigerians are just too stubborn this is an incident that happens almost every year yet they don't learn anything.

This is really a very serious accident.
