Which port harcourt are you talking about the one I visited two months ago? I past through ph on my way to aba and was wondering why the state and local govt allowed dirt to liter everywhere along the road especially around the eleme roundabout. Ph roads are good but the dirts that liters everywhere is what spoilt the beauty of the place.

My first time to visit oshodi was in 2001 that was my first time to see a lot of human beings and dirt grouped together I learnt the place has now been transformed by the lagos state govt.

He should direct the advice to Mr Peter Obi who turned churches to campaign group towards the 2023 election, he even said the election was a religious war.
