You forgot lagos is not the only state with access to seaports other states also do have such leverage but the federal govt choosed lagos to develop it's ports and also gave lagos ports monopoly over other ports in nigeria.

Abegi, every state in Nigeria was built with our Commonwealth not only Lagos because every Governor collect handouts from the FG every month. Can you deny the billions of naira Obi collected as federal allocation for years when he was Governor? Yes other states do also collect federal monthly allocations but can't be compared to what lagos has received due to it's former status as nigeria's capital, some of the states in the niger delta where the resources are coming from are even heavily cheated by the nigerian state that only gives them 13% of the proceeds of their God given oil and gas resources while the rest 87% is used to develop places like lagos and abuja, only an ingrate will completely dismiss federal govt massive contributions in the infrastructural development of lagos state.

The victims father has already approached the court to swear an affidavit that the family stands against any form of inquest. This is actually strange, to say the least.
