We have two PDP right now. The tussle will get to supreme Court. Once a pronouncement is made any group that it favours becomes the authentic PDP. The same will happen in LP. It will be dangerous to contest election under PDP. You can win but the courts can rule that you have no locus. Remember APC experience in Zamfara state.

The supreme court has made it very clear several times that political parties are independent that courts can't interfere in their internal affairs i don't see them going back to those previous rulings.
