The real issue is, they don't know how to correct each other. I am not trying to be disrespectful to my Igbo people but this is just something I have been observing for quite some time.

This mentality of everyone is a king hence can't be corrected is not working. It's the same mentality that allowed Nnamdi Kanu to have brought trouble to the region all in the name of Ipob. They should have also corrected him when he was going out of the Biafra agenda

So how is dualisation of a road tackle insecurity? undecided will the road stop or arrest the criminals, kidnapper or armed robbers? grin
It does bro, dualized roads are vital in curbing criminal activities in terms of movement, they found one way road easy to menouver than double lane which can cause you stock at a point in traffic especially when U-turn is not available, criminals need to think twice before taking such routes. This also helps in planned cities and developed countries, not always about security personnel here and there

Of course they're not at same value 10 years ago. How about Nigeria depreciating from richest first to 4th in Africa. If things are going the right way, why did the president reshuffle/sack his ministers?

He was a great man, for standing for democracy. lol, you people and your gaslighting, blackmailing and calumny. Lol

Listen Ojukwu, no Yoruba man anywhere cares about you people. We do not send you. We don't even mind what you chose to do with yourself. I dare say no Yoruba thinks about y'all enough to hate you. If Igbo man wins in Lagos and Hausa man wins in Osun, while Igbo man won in all of South eastern states then it's easy to see the cheap, unintelligent blackmail. Bro, Yorubas don't care about your existence or even the air you breathe in!

Look, we're Yorubas and education is our watchword, from the days of our founding fathers, because we're positioned with exposure. We learn from and model towards the Whites, rather than staying logged with our bitter neighbours at home. It's this reason you see Yorubas excelling in the White men's land at a ratio astronomical than other tribes around.

My dear, every hate you think Yorubas have for anyone in Nigeria is imaginary. I swear it only exists in your people's mind. In fact, most of us Yorubas still patronize your people (ahead of ours) like we don't care, especially if you sell at a better price than ours for the same thing or it's convenient for us because we don't even see you as rivals–this is rare among non-Yorubas. Our goals is to be great, to go far in life and achieve great things along the White men like Soyinka did, like Tope Awotona did, like Gbenga Agboola, Adebayo Ogunlesi, Eniola Aluko, Tion Wayne, https://www.nairaland.com/6531702/victory-yinka-banjo-gets-19-scholarship, and so on. We are not poised to embroil with some petty lowlifers back home who are comfortable with being local champions and winning little things. Goodluck to una sha. We'll never hate you because we're never competitors. We're not in the same calibres or lane at all.
Lol, you guys and mouth. Igbos dominated almost every civil/offices across Nigeria before the civil war, even the white prefer them because of similarities in lifestyle. Ziks father was secretary of Lord lugard so chill no be today

What simple understanding? Understand what? Nigeria is a complex country with very complex people. Elections are a game of numbers, it's fact not skewed. What is the right thing? Is governance about professing religion?
As a complex people like you rightly stated, governance in Nigeria should encompass and resonate around all of that

You have to be joking right? You don't know simple political calculation/arithmetic? You expect him to be dull enough to pick a fellow southerner or a northern Christian in a game of numbers? Do you think elections are a church service or choir practice? Have they in any way put down Christians or Christianity since? Did they make or hint on any religious war? Be logical and reasonable please not emotional.
It's simple understanding in a country like Nigeria, it's skewed logic by saying numbers, they should have done the right thing. Ok when they're planning for any you think they'll tell you?

Going by your logic CR7's son automatically succeed as a footballer simply because his father is rich ? King of Brunel's son failed to make the grade at Leicester City despite all the wealth available to him, at a young age he was richer than Messi and CR7 put together.

Singing goes beyond having a good voice, it takes lots of creativity and hard work to succeed as a musician and have to be consistent to last a decade as a musician.

Growing up I was privileged to have shared so moments with Daddy Fresh and Showkey before their fame, Fresh had the best voice, financial back up and was more talented but Showkey was more successful.

Tony Tetuila had a millionaire mother was the main financial of then music group Remedies, but was Tony as successful as Idris Abdulkareem or 2Face who were from poor backgrounds ? The answer is NO.

Davido success is down to hard work and consistency not his father's billions, beside his father was against him becoming a musician at the beginning therefore he didn't enjoy any financial support from his father at the start.

At a time he left home to Ghana just to actualized his ambition, he was squatting with friends in Ghana at the time, guess you were not aware of this.
It's because of davido & father they act this movie "the biggest fish- Kok vs zubby Michael

How do you expect sane people to support a mediocre candidate above better proven options? You sincerely expect the North or muslins to fully support a person that says the election is a religious war and was gallivanting from church to church and asking Christians to take back their country? Election is about numbers, Mr. not emotions. A man with known tribal bias chose virtually all his state representatives and campaign heads from his region and you expect what exactly, embrace?
Than the man that selected his fellow Muslim, neglecting the mutual principle guiding the part because he want to please and dominate with his fellow Muslims abi?

Bro in all honesty, how can a region who can't govern themselves right be trusted with Nigeria presidency? This continue forced sit at home every Monday is a good example. Some illiterate kids are giving orders about a must sit at home on Monday, the governors are also giving orders about a must open business and the citizens are what.....

Let the Igbo's put their house in order first, Jubril left ears , nose was just a pure waste of time which achieved nothing.
What caused the sit at home in the first place? You will leave the point and be chasing shadows, Igbos have tried to please this country in so many ways but you guys always find one senseless excuse or another, same thing happens in every other region

How is Nigerian govt not giving the east a level playing ground?
Are u not receiving allocation? Are u not allowed to vote during elections?
Is there anything that other states enjoy yet the east does not?

The best governor u people have is Otti, yet when you compare him to governors from other regions, he is just average at best.
How did you come to conclusion is Otti? Is he doing better than Ebonyi or Enugu, or which other governor/s you think performing better from other region? Again, how many federal government institutions, agency or facilitated companies they positioned in the East? These and many more are the reason this country is not going the way it should, but I don't care.
