Raunchy video and photos of the high school teacher who threatened to make her students fail if they don't sleep with her has emerged.

Yokasta M., 40, is facing jail after she forced pupils to have sex with her in exchange for good grades. She taught at a school in Medellin, Colombia, during which she would send suggestive videos and photos to her 16-year-old male students via WhatsApp.

Some of the videos has her twerking and shaking her boobs at the camera. The photos show her skimpily dressed, with her private parts on display.

She was caught after the father of one of her victims searched his phone and found the woman's photos and videos. At that point, the boy spoke to his parents about what has been going on. He told them that she would send explicit pictures of herself via WhatsApp after approaching them on social media.

Yokasta is now facing 40 years in prison and her husband is seeking a divorce.

Highway robberies may have taken a turn for the worse after a police sergeant, Williams Godwin, was allegedly involved in the robbery of a commuter identified only as Henry.

PUNCH Metro learnt that the 41-year-old victim was on his way to work when he joined a cab along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway en route to Lagos Island.

He was said to have been attacked at gunpoint, as the assailants, which included Godwin, allegedly dispossessed him of his ATM card and N4,000.

However, during the incident, the policeman’s ID card allegedly fell into the luggage of the victim, who was rushed to the Lagos State Accident and Emergency Centre at Toll gate, Ojota, where he was admitted and treated.

One of those who rescued Henry told PUNCH Metro that he was stabbed with a sharp object in the back.

He said,

“The incident happened on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. The man was going to work on the Lagos Island when he boarded the private car. Along the way, they pointed a gun at him and took his ATM card and the N4,000 in his bag. While the policeman was ransacking the man’s luggage, his ID card fell into the man’s bag. They stabbed him with a sharp object and dropped him off.”

A worker, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said incidents of car robberies, aka One Chance, had become regular in the area.

She said passersby and sympathisers, who sighted victims of such attacks, sometime called the emergency toll-free lines through which the centre got notifications.

She said,

“Yes, the man was brought here. I think he’s about 41-year-old. He said he boarded a private car, which he thought was a cab. He was seriously injured and we had to treat him. He had the ID card of the policeman that he claimed was among those that attacked him.”

Punch gathered that Henry took away the original ID card of the policeman.

PUNCH Metro visited Henry’s residence in the Ogba, Agege area to speak with him on his encounter with the bandits.

The house gate was locked, but a resident later showed up.

The resident, who confirmed the attack, said Henry had decided not to talk about it.

A 16-year-old girl, Alaya Dotson, of Denver, has been arrested and charged with murder for the death of her newborn daughter baby after she shoved a rock down her throat.

Dotson allegedly put a rock in the baby’s throat just an hour after giving birth, police said.

Police said Dotson confessed to choking the baby because she was unaware of her pregnancy and only realized she was giving birth while using the bathroom in her home in September.

Dotson said after giving birth she took the newborn up to her room and laid on the floor next to the infant, trying to think of what to do next.

She said the baby girl’s arms were “moving back and forth, but she was not crying.”

Dotson said she then wrapped the baby in a blanket and went outside onto her patio where she saw a rock and shoved the rock down the newborn’s throat, police said.

Dotson’s mother found the 16-year-old outside with “a lot of blood on her shirt” and noticed blood on the blanket that the infant was wrapped in and immediately called police, but the teen allegedly told her that the baby girl was already dead.

The newborn was rushed to the hospital where a one-inch rock was removed from her throat. Unfortunately, she didnt make it, she died later that morning.

Dotson allegedly told police she suffocated the newborn, according to the station.

She is charged with murder and will be tried as an adult.

Garus Gololo, National Coordinator of Miyietti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Benue State chapter, has confirmed that 56-year-Fulani herdsman, Mohammed Abdulkadire,committed suicide by jumping into River Benue in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State after he lost 200 of his cows to hunger and lack of water.

According to Galolo, the herdsman lost the cows due to the the implementation of Benue anti-open grazing law, leading to some herdsmen relocating to other states, as it was gathered that about 600 cows have been lost due to poor feeding and inaccessibility to water, since the Law’s implementation on November 1.

Galolo told Sunday Punch that Abdulkadire who jumped into the river out of frustration when he discovered that 200 out of his 500 cows had died where they were camped, left behind 22 children.

“The man killed himself simply because there is no place for his cows to graze. He was to relocate to the Awe LGA of Nasarawa State but information got to us that the area was occupied and no herdsman or herdsmen should cross over to the area again.

“We are calling on the Federal Government to intervene to quickly make provision for herdsmen in Benue State before they lose everything they have” he said.

However the State’s Police PRO, Moses Yamu, told SUNDAY PUNCH that the suicide had not been reported.

An Instagram user, Jane Chile, took to the platform to share a testimony on behalf of a stranger who was involved in accident with her child who suffered a broken bone from a previous accident.

According to her, the accident which occurred while the child was taken to the hospital for treatment. Here’s what she wrote;

“In the case I haven’t testified this year, God please forgive me. Today I am testifying on behalf of a total stranger. May God be praised ������ So on my way back from church, this was what we saw in front of our compound. This woman requested for Uber to take her child with broken bone as a result of prior accident to the hospital, the Uber picked them up and on getting to this sloppy part of my street, inclining the road, tragedy struck. The car started rolling back, according to the driver, his gear stopped responding and the car rolled back with speed and buried itself to the wall.

The miraculous thing here is, it dodged the electric pole right beside the wall, dodge the bigger slope down that led to a dead end, went in between the wall and the pole and lodges inside the gateman post. You might not understand this but if it had gone left through the dead end slope, it would have been dead bodies. Amazingly, they all came out with just scratches. I had a little chat with the Uber rider about the damage to his car, if he has the comprehensive insurance, he told me they have a way of bypassing the requirements these days.

I wanted to write about how disappointed I am with Uber recruiters and the reduction of their standard then it occurred to me that this can also happen to a standard car. I decided to thank God for all lives saved and thank him again for not giving us a blooded Sunday to remember. It is well with us all. ”

The Nigeria Police has reacted to a report released online by the 2016 World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI) and the International Police Science Association (IPSA) describing the Nigerian Police Force as the worst in the world. The report claims to have measured the ability of the police to address internal security issues in 127 countries in four key areas of capacity, process, legitimacy, and outcomes.

In a swift reaction, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, Jimoh Moshood in a statement released, said the Nigeria Police is the best in Africa and one of the best in the world. Moshood said the ranking is not only false but very misleading. According to him, the report did not consider various training and re-training that the force has been empowered with by both local and foreign organisations.

“Nigeria Police Force is the best in UN Peace Keeping Operations, the best in Africa, one of the best in the world. The Force rejects the report as unempirical and absolute falsehood, should be disregarded and discountenanced. The report did not take into cognisance the significant improvement in the areas of capacity building, training and re-training of the entire personnel of the Force as provided for by the current Federal Government of Nigeria and other foreign and local NGOs which has greatly improved the efficiency and service delivery of the personnel of the Force throughout the country,” he said.

The statement added that the instrument used to evaluate the performance of the Nigeria police force in comparison to that of other countries is inadequate and that the Nigeria Police Force currently ranks as the best UN peacekeeping operations in the world.

The attention of the Nigeria Police Force has been drawn to The Cable News Online of today, 10th November, 2017 captioned “NIGERIA POLICE RATED WORST IN THE WORLD”, on the 2016 World Internal Security and Police Index (WISPI) credited to two (2) bodies, The International Police Association and the Institute for Economics and Peace. The report claimed to have measured the ability of the Police to address Internal Security Issues in 127 Countries in four (4) key areas of Capacity, Process, Legitimacy and Outcomes.

2. The Nigeria Police Force after a careful study of the report and the news items emanating from it, wishes to state categorically that the report is entirely misleading, a clear misrepresentation of facts and figures and essentially unempirical, considering the area of coverage of the report which was said to have been carried out in 2016 by the above mentioned associations.

3. The report did not take into cognisance the significant improvement in the areas of Capacity Building, Training and Re-training of the entire personnel of the Force as provided for by the current Federal Government of Nigeria and other Foreign and Local NGOs which has greatly improved the efficiency and service delivery of the personnel of the Force throughout the country.

4. It is pertinent to state that the instruments used to evaluate the performance of the Force vis-à-vis that of other countries is absolutely incorrect and grossly inadequate and therefore a plain distortion of facts and figures. The strength of about Three Hundred and Seventy Thousand (370,000) Police Personnel in the country stands at around One (1) Policeman to less than Six Hundred (600) people in a population estimates of One Hundred and Eighty Millions (180,000,000) Nigerians.

5. It is equally significant to state that the current recruitment of additional Ten Thousand (10,000) Police Personnel into the Force by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the request by the Inspector General of Police to Government for approval of the recruitment of Thirty One Thousand (31,000) Police Personnel yearly for a period of 5years will definitely increase the strength of the Force to meet up with the UN ratio of One (1) Policeman to Four Hundred (400) citizens.

6. Furthermore, in the UN Peace Keeping System, the Nigeria Police Force is rated as the best in UN Peace keeping operations in the world. This clearly shows that the Nigeria Police Force is not and cannot be the worst in the world under any known scientific yardstick or measuring instrument.

7. Currently, the Nigeria Police Force is one of the only two African Delegates representing the whole of Africa continent on the executive committee of Interpol, a position the Force attained based on high performance, merit and sustained good track records.

8. For avoidance of doubt, since the inception of the present Police administration in July 2016, the Inspector General of Police, IGP Ibrahim K. Idris NPM, mni, he has introduced and implemented diverse internal reforms aimed at improving capacity building and efficient service delivery of the personnel of the Force, which is yielding positive results in the standardization of the capability of the Nigeria Police Force to deal with violent crimes and terrorism throughout the country. The establishment and take-off of a world class Terrorism Investigation Bureau for the Force with state-of-the-art equipment and technical support from foreign partners has greatly improved the capacity of the Force to deal with threats posed to internal security in this regard.

9. However, it must be pointed out that the Nigeria Police Force sees the report as a clear demonstration of mischief, ignorance and calculated attempt to distort the feat being recorded by the Force in ensuring adequate security and safety of Nigerians. Nowhere in the report were references made to either the improved capacity or achievements recorded by the Nigeria Police Force across the country in the recent time, the Force therefore implores all Nigerians and international community to disregard the report as unfounded and misleading.

10. The renewed determination of the Force to adhere to Internal Police Reforms for greater efficiency in service delivery and conform to standard principles, building trust and confidence in the citizenry for their safety remain unequivocal and unwavering.
