Camera is above average. I wouldn't compare it with a recent iPhone, but it clearly beats many similarly priced devices with ease. It isn't so good in poor lighting conditions.

I am yet to try the quick charging feature. Normal charge isn't bad, takes about an hour and forty-five minutes to go from zero to a hundred percent.

I use the Le 2 and I have a Glo LTE SIM, but no 4G. So I don't think the phone supports all 4G bands in Nigeria. I may be wrong though.
Glo band is very rare but it works for etisalat but i dunno about Airtel it also works with ntel sim if he his in lag.
