Xiaomi.eu ROM is different from EEA ROM while the .EU is a custom ROM, EEA is an official ROM for Europe region

Ppl will just come with this attitude that is very annoying. Nobody here gets paid by Xiaomi for anything. If u buy any phone, including Apple iPhones and Samsung, u are bound to have glitches, it also behoves on u to seek out solutions after all our age is blessed with Google and YouTube.
This is my first time using Xiaomi product. Before buying, I took out months to watch tons of reviews. I had the choice BW Sammy A30 or RN7. I chose redmi cos I wanted to test something new.

For Ur info, Xiaomi have an official fan page with staff who are paid to answer questions. Check FB for that.

My redmi note 5 is not turning on, I just dropped it on the sofa when going out, returned back to it after some hours I met it off, tried to switch it on since then, it not turning on. Please what can I do.

I noticed it was off this morning when I woke up, I switched it on, and it came up immediately, but now it not coming up at all

Change the cable if that doesnt work plug it in and then press and hold power and volume down button together. If that doesn't work too perhaps you need to change the battery.
