My question is this, how come about the 15kplus addition to my February salary if the payment was made without NMW. 113k for 9/3,this amount is terrible and unacceptable you guys should b happy for IPPIS |

Humblezick: But we have not received payslips. Will FG send pay slip? Otherwise, we don't know what is the issue. Meanwhile, are universities entitle to Minimum wage increment? If yes, what's the problem that our minimum wages were paid along side with salaries? Could it be because we are first timer on IPPIS? How about the areas payment, if we are entitle to Minimum wage increment? When would they pay the arears?
Someone help answer these question. I am really confused since I saw my alert yesterday. I am from federal university. University of Jos particularly. how much were u paid sir was there any increment |

jmaine: Since you said you prefer IPPIS no P, but let me give you an hint...
You see those allowances they deducted... It may remain so considering what happened to other MDAs.
The FG has a ruthless streak of not giving a damn. The allowance deducted was just tax and pension which other allowances was deducted |

_*Payment of February, 2020 Salary: IPPIS Update*_
Distinguished Comrades, from grapevine, we gathered that IPPIS office is set to pay salary next week although without arrears but with the new minimum wage.
Same source also pointed out that PAHA(peculiar, academy and hazard allowances) is not captured not because it will not be paid but the IPPIS office is processing letter to Salaries and Wages Commission for the approval of the allowance which hitherto was being paid from IGR.
Information also trending from Federal Polytechnic Auchi suggests that they have been paid February, 2020 Salary also without PAHA (peculiar, academy and hazard allowances) which was previously funded from polytechnic's IGR. However they have been enjoying the new minimum wage and minimum wage arrears paid as at December, 2019.
Distinguished Comrades, while we expect February, 2020 salaries by next week, we earnestly hope and pray the issue of PAHA(peculiar, academy and hazard allowances) is resolved with the Salaries and Wages Commission for immediate payment.
The CEC will continue to update members on new developments as it relates to delayed February, 2020 salary as well as IPPIS enrollment.

Samakus: I just love ASUU. That Union fears no 'baga'. Non academic unions are just bunches of cowards. If it was ASUU that enrolled in IPPIS like other union members and the new minimum wage and its arrears are not paid in January, they would have embarked on strike since.
Their bravery and proactiveness is the reason it seems government and management of schools fear them |
