This is simple,when confronted with well organized team like Brazil,Germany and argentina,the only way is to play 2 defensive midfieders. Don't go into the team expecting to trash them like other teams. The Brazilians were playing with a lot of confidence and psychological advantage on their side.
My advise is to just pick 3 points against Hungary even if it is with 1 or 2 goals to regain their confidence,from there they can go on----

well the tactics work in the first half but in the second half the brazilian coach made some alterations, he told the their ryt back to limit his runs forward and made their midfielders cut supplies to naija's attackers. Manu garba should have changed the formation to 4-4-2. Maybe its time one striker sits on the bench.

The more I read this kind of news, the faster I think we need to sack Stephen Keshi.

Just last week, the Super Eagles played a goalless draw with Spotlight FC and Keshi said he was satisfied with the performance. This was the same Spotlight team that the Flying Eagles beat 3-1 back in January in Katsina and after the win, Garba said that though the win was commendable, he knows his team can still do better.

Two coaches. Two different mentality.

which means the flying eagles can easily beat keshi's super eagles and thats not good. I know thats keshi's last chance, if he messes around he wont get to coach any national team in naija again.

Accurate analysis. I also believe in a standing defensive midfielder than a mobile one. If possible play one as a box to box and keep one standing. With Matthew deeper, he shields the defence and he is in constant communication with the center backs.

against brazil,nigeria will need 2 defensive midfielders to shield the defence. I dont think the defensive midfielders should join the attack.
