*Now if these people had sense(which i strongly doubt), they wouldnt expect Buhari a leader of a major OPEC country whose income 80% comes from crude sales to be invited to a summit whose agenda is to delibrate on cutting CO2 emission

*Similarly Buhari or Nigeria isnt among the 15 UN secuirity council members that can delibrate on Iran,Libya and Hong Kong, only Cote'd ivoire, Equitorial Gunea and South Africa are current members with only south africa lasting till 2020, neither is he the African Union Chairman

Common sense would tell anyone why Buhari needs to be in Japan personally, but in case of some Dunce with no idea;

* Nigerias Import trade Volume from Japan is whooping over $320 million (oh yes all the Toyota, Nissan and Honda Product you chum chums drive about cost us forex)
*Nigerias Export trade volume to Japan is around a whooping $783 million (damn right, Japan is one of our good customer of our resources and without them recession and hunger looms)
