But what if you don't have these needs, of what use would your Inflow be to you when you know you cannot cash it and exchange it for naira?

My was that they charge me for withdrawing from dorm account whereby they stated that they don't charge on withdrawal.

If he doesn't do it politely they can easily arrest him for disturbing the peace and embarrass him by whisking him out with armed mobile police men and they would be right.
