WHY MANY FAIL IN PIG FARMING;
When starting a pig farming business many don't know that what matters is breed and feeds. You start with good breed your market will be wide and great. Many are deceived and given traditional breeds which are small body animals and they give feeds till they are tired. Others are cheated by price. You buy a breed you don't know the name just because it is cheap.for example, A pregnant nameless breed is 20 or 25k while a good breed is 40k. Many will rush to buy the 20k or 25k one not knowing their failure will start there. Make a wise decision for a good success. Hello my fellow pig farmers. I'm new to the game.

I know my question might have been asked and answered in previous posts of this thread, but please bear with me.

What is the best species of pig for producing lean meat? That is, the one that's least likely to become fatty, as fatty pigs don't get sold at good price(so I heard).

And what is the nutrient requirements for castrated male growers(4 months old) to reach 70kg and above in 4 months of well balanced diet and good water supply.?

I know the question would have been answered, but this page is over 90 pages long, I will still go through it, I promise. But please give me a quick answer. Thanks a lot
