Both Mike and Rachel have quit Suits. If they will return in the future, nobody can say for sure. But for now, they have left the show, that's why they scripted the ending of last season for them to get married and move on with their lives. Mike is likely to reconsider and come back in future than Rachel whose marriage had to make her quit to face her royal life.

They can always replace any actor/actress that is quiting. But the way the thing ended may mean so sha, Mike and Rachel left the firm. But sincerely Mike Ross is the lead cast of the series, I don't see them ending his role.

With the way Suits have ended S7, I hope another season is coming sha and when?
