Politics / The reason I will vote for Tinubu ahead of any other eastern leader in 2023 by MrOjay1(m): 12:23pm On Jan 13, 2021
Among the political heavyweights of south eastern origin vying for the presidential position in 2023,there is no credible leader who really has the interest of Ndi Igbo at heart.

From Orji Uzor Kalu to Okorocha to Ekweremadu to Umahi and their ilks, none of these aforementioned can really bring development to the south east if you study their track records in their respective states.

They all looted their states to penury except Dave Umahi to some extent from what I've been observing.

The reason I included Umahi is because of his tendency to kowtow before the Northern caliphate, putting the lives of Ndi Ebonyi at risk in the hands of fulani herdsmen just for the furtherance of his selfish presidential ambition.

Orji Kalu and Okorocha both looted Abia and Imo to abject penury.

It's so unfortunate that these unscrupulous elements are the kind of political heayweights we have in south east.
The few I'd have wanted to contest who I believe would do well do not not have the political pull and base to usurp the aforementioned. The likes of Chidoka Osita and Kingsley Moghalu would have made very fit candidates for the job.
It's better we look else where to another geo political zone.
This brings me to Bolaji Tinubu.

There is so much I would have said but for time constraint but I'll quickly summarise.

Tinubu is better than all heavyweight leaders of south eastern region.

You can see he looted Lagos state but yet Lagos is still the biggest commercial hub in West Africa.

You will say he appoints stooges into political positions but yet there are no major reports of gross incompetence and maladministration.

I'm not a fan of Tinubu but if I were to pick between Tinubu,Orji Kalu,Okorocha and Ekweremadu;I will go for Tinubu.

Family / Some Families Eat The Placenta Of The New Born Baby by MrOjay1(m): 5:44am On Sep 29, 2020
I was shocked to find out that some eat the placenta of their babies as a means of disposing it.They either cook or barbecue it before eating. They prefer doing this as opposed to burying the placenta which I know is most popular means of disposing it or burning.

I find this very disturbing, gross and disgusting. Are there no health implications attached to doing this?Personally,I don't see any difference between those engaging in that and cannibals.
If they can eat a placenta, they might as well eat human flesh.
Family / How Do I Boost My Retentive Memory? by MrOjay1(m): 11:53am On Sep 26, 2020
I think I'm beginning to have a problem
remembering the names of people I have
read about or some few particular
historical dates.

It's not that I forget things I read but
sometimes I struggle to remember some
names.
It can be very frustrating when in a
discussion or any other form of
communication,you try to mention names
to butress your point then you struggle to
remember the name.

For example,I was just having a light
discussion on witchcraft and sorcery
praticed abroad.
The discussion delved into the Harry Potter
movie and I wanted to mention the name
of the main character(Daniel Radcliffe)
which I have always known then I went
'ehm ehm ehm, wetin be that him name
again sef?'

I couldn't remember it but this is
something I have always know right from
when I watched the movie.
This has happend on other occasions
when I was discussing politics or football.

Is this normal?

I told someone about it and he said I'm
probably restive. That maybe my mind is
not settled.Probably like I bother too much
about things and it's affecting my mind.
Could this be true?

I'm sure this road didn't get to this pathetic state overnight.

It must have been a gradual deploration yet the school authorities couldn't deem it fit to complain to the state government.

When the road claims lives of people now, they will start casting and binding non-existent witches.
