With the Naira debit card having a monthly limit of $100 and impossible to link with PayPal, I am considering Barter Card.

If you've used Barter Card, can it be linked with my Nigerian PayPal account?

Can it be used to purchase goods and services online without problems?

Barter dollar card is OK if you can stand their high rate. You will need your BVN and the phone number linked to BVN to create barter account to generate virtual dollar cards. However, if you cannot create the account and cards, you can buy the cards from us. We can also reload the cards for you.
