eCheck/local bank transfer/SEPA option is for a GBP bank account, and the address in page 1 must be UK. If you intend to add a Nigerian domiciliary account, your address must be a Nigerian address. For a Nigerian domiciliary account, you are also required to add an Intermediary bank account.
You can get a Nigerian domiciliary account and Intermediary bank account online via ALAT by Wema.
