You can only use Nigeria PayPal account for payments. Receiving payments with it is still restricted. And I don't recommend using a foreign PayPal account to receive payment in Nigeria since, sooner or later, the account would be suspended, and funds lost. You can create, verify a payoneer account in your name, and use same to receive payment. Besides Payoneer, there are other ways to receive your freelance earnings in Nigeria.

So unfortunate the poor innocent civilians can't defend themselves, and can't speak up against Hamas.
