Education / ICAN To Conduct Its Professional Examination Three Times Annually by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 6:36pm On Nov 23, 2019
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) will from the year 2020 conduct its professional examinations three times in a year.

This is the outcome of the technological reforms introduced into the Institute's examination processes.

The new examination diet will hold in MARCH: JULY and NOVEMBER yearly instead of the usual May and November for the Skills and Professional levels. The Foundation level will continue to be examined TWICE yearly, in July and November.

A huge investment in technology by the Institute paved the way for the additional diet and gave rise to a drastic reduction in examination processing time. The introduction of an extra diet will give candidates more opportunities to participate in the Institute's examination especially those who need to resit any paper in the Skills and Professional levels.

The Institute is poised to continue to provide the nation with the needed manpower especially finance professionals to move the economy to laudable heights

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) was established by the Act of Parliament number 15 of 1965 to regulate the practice of the Accountancy profession in Nigeria. ICAN is a foundation member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the PAN African Federation of Accountants (PAFA), the Accountancy Bodies in West Africa (ABWA) and Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW).

Music/Radio / The Aesthetics Of Teni's "Uyo Meyo" By Wándé T Àjàyí by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:15pm On Jan 29, 2019
At a time real music seems to have been lost to the whims and caprices of "street bangers" that has no moral to teach, Teniola Apata came up with a lyrical genius she tilted "UYO MEYO". Questions have been asked of what music really means to teach and achieve in a 21st Century third world country where nothing seems to work. Some have argued our music culture promotes violence and intimidates our teenage grade to self-help in a bid to match the mostly fictitious high life our random songs and artists portray.

The chorus is an age long folklore that has been handed down from generations of Ondo Ekimogun people of Ondo State in South West Nigeria. In ancient history, the Yoruba people live a communal lifestyle. The good of others is a plus to one. Unlike nowadays where people live independent of others and the dearth of communal goodwill, the song reminds us all of the greatness in communal living.

On July 28, 2018, Teni uploaded a video singing the chorus on her social media handles to felicitate with her younger sister who just bagged a degree. "Uyo meyo leun o san o kan mi o e". It means "my rejoicing with others has brought forth my own source of joy". Evidently, not long after her sister's graduation ceremony, Teni's own came and she rejoiced.

The first verse is embedded with words of encouragement that has been expunged from our musical lyrics long ago. "Everybody is born a winner" looks pedestrian but in a country where you must work hard to feed, clothe and provide shelter for yourself, those are strong words enough to motivate anyone who is contemplating giving up.

The failure of the Nigerian state has turned an average Nigerian to a habitual loser. She admonished us to just work hard and believe. No mountain is insurmountable if you believe. 2018, in Nigeria, recorded the highest figure of suicide. If, perhaps, someone had spoken the first verse to any of them, they could have had a rethink and strive harder to keep living.

The second verse is a follow up on the first. Yes, she's aware of life, generally, is not a bed roses. Nothing comes easy. She's preparing her audience for the inevitable. Life sucks. Her eyes have seen it all. She was less than a year old when her father was gruesomely assassinated. The pains of growing up without a father. They had it all and suddenly, like a pack of cards, it all crumbled.

Her father was a retired Brigadier General of the Nigerian Army. The tone with which she sings is melancholic and downcasting. But then she found her voice again by telling us all that though they will tell us we can't, we actually CAN! They won't provide the needed help, so we shouldn't even expect it. All we need is to keep pushing on and quite harder. And with the help of our "Ori", we will surpass expectations.

In African Traditional Religion, the place of "Ori" cannot be overemphasized. Ori, literally meaning "head," refers to one's spiritual intuition and destiny. It is the reflective spark of human consciousness embedded into the human essence and therefore is often personified as an Orisha in its own right. Teni begs her Ori to let her prosper and guard her. She pleads with her Ori to open doors for her.

She ends the classic with the last verse. In Yoruba traditional setting, the dead is saintly and communication with the dead is expected to be done with a pure heart and soul. Figuratively, she announced her pure mind with the first line in the verse; "Owo mi ma re, funfun nene". "Here are my hands, they are clean and pure".

A proud act. Then she went on to invoke the spirit of her late father "Omoluwoleja Apata". She informed him it has been God all these while. Even when she thought she'd lost it all, God told her, there are still steps to take. Yes, General Apata is dead but "omo l'aso".

Again, she tapped into the rich Yoruba traditions by calling on the dead not to sleep. Yoruba believe a dead parent is the Guardian Spirit of his/her children. It is reciprocated. She has made him proud as a worthy child that has kept his name alive despite the wishes of the enemy to kill it off. She is demanding that he protects her in return cause she's made her proud and he should be happy wherever he is.

The End!

Romance / 6 Signs He Is About To Dump You By Adesewa Adebukola by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 9:21pm On Sep 04, 2018
When a man likes a lady he would make it obvious. Also, when he’s about to leave (dump) her, he would make it obvious as well. It’s really important for ladies to understand their man and know if your man is still interested in you or he’s just looking for a way out.

When a man wants to dump you, it only means one thing; he’s tired of you and he’s just looking for a way out.

I have six signs that show your man is tired of you and might be dumping you soon, so beware

1. He Gets Irritated Easily
When a man is tired of a lady and wants to leave, the mere presence of the lady irritates him. He gets angry easily at everything she does, he always complains about her, always moody when with her. At this stage, he just can’t stand his lady anymore and would be out of that relationship soon, he’s probably just waiting for the right time to leave.

2. Frequent Quarrels
The irritation caused by seeing his lady and the sudden dislike would make quarrels abound in the relationship. The quarrels would be way more frequent than the happiness; at this stage, nothing about the lady interests him and he just wants a way out. Some men even go as far as causing quarrels so they can use it as a way out of the relationship; that’s the height of it.

3. Sexual Demand
One thing with s*x is that it always reveals a lot; if your man is still in love with you, he would show it during s*x. However, if he has lost the need to be with you, he would look off during sex and he would hardly want to be with you after s*x. When a man is tired of a lady, even the sex can’t keep him.

4. Fewer Visits
You would hardly get to see that man if he’s looking for a way to dump you; he would give so many reasons to avoid you coming over to his place and he would hardly come over to yours. He doesn’t care about you anymore, so there is probably no point in seeing you.

5. Infrequent Calls
One thing about men is that when they care about a lady, they call frequently, they can’t do without that lady, so they do everything possible to keep in touch; but when that same man is tired of his lady, calls would be so irregular, keeping in touch would be so difficult; he’s looking for a way out of the relationship, so there is nothing you do that would please him anymore.

6. No PDA
PDA means the public display of affection; if you expect a man that wants to dump you to show PDA then you must be dreaming. When a man cares about his lady, he doesn’t mind telling the world but when he gets bored of her and wants to leave, he loses his affection for her.

CONCLUSION

So you have it, ladies, if your man starts exhibiting these signs then you should know that he would be leaving you sooner than expected.

Men give signs for everything, and without doubt, these signs show that he would be leaving that relationship soon.

Romance / 90% Ladies Want To Marry Already Made Men, Why Not Stand By Him by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 5:26pm On Aug 22, 2018
90% Ladies Want To Marry Already Made Men, Why Not Stand By Him By Aderanti Adebukola Adesewa

Most Ladies (90-95%) are only interested in getting married to a made man. They don’t believe a poor man today has the potentials of being a rich man tomorrow.

If you are such a lady, have you ever asked yourself how that rich man you crave for made his wealth?

And who said it is not a blessing to marry a rich man? Yes! It is. But then, what if you are destined to help your husband achieve his goals? Why do you look down on him because he hasn’t got luxury of cash?

Let me tell you something ladies; a rich man isn’t one who spends extravagantly. A rich man isn’t one who gives you fat cash or writes you a cheque after sleeping with you.

A rich man is someone who’s potentially blessed and believes in his ability to convert his brain stock into reality in due time. When you meet such people, discuss with them, you will know instantly.

Don’t look down on him because he’s poor today, you never can tell tomorrow.

I do respect ladies that pass through the fire with their man and stand proudly to enjoy with him tomorrow.

There’s this Scottish proverb that says, “Don’t judge by appearance. A rich heart might be under a poor coat.”

When you love a man, be yourself. Stand by him. Give him all the support you can and hope for a better tomorrow. Don’t let your friend’s choices intimidate yours. He is your man, be proud of him.

Romance / What Women Love In Men By Aderanti Adebukola Adesewa (strictly For Men) by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 10:04pm On Aug 17, 2018
One of my sisters confronted me sometimes with an assertion that happily married women are scarce. I don’t have scientific or reliable data to support that but my observations will soak that inference in proofs.

The most painful concern I have is that many fervent, flaming females get neutralized spiritually after marriage; more burial ceremonies for visions than christening of dreams! As some instances currently fly into my mind, I bleed from the bullets of memory.

SAY THE TRUTH
Most men are culturally buttered with an inflated ego without being baked like bread of principles. They’re structured to be hard outside but fractured inside. So, he’s caught between the expected image and actual design. To make up for the gaps, he cooks stories and fries tales of lies with the oil of impressions.

Consequently, what you see on screen is not what is printed on paper. Sir, stop telling lies to your wife or spouse either by expression or implication! I’ve humbly learned that most women can cope with an ugly past served in the honest present and garnished with a purpose-driven future. Just say it as it is! Lying is why she wouldn’t trust you!

COMMUNICATION
Stop bottling things that affect the whole family up inside. Your destinies have been tied together and so you must talk together. Give room for her contributions, why would she hear what’s going on in your life from a stranger in the church?

Don’t shout her down if she presents a childish or contrary opinion. Leadership cannot divorce communication. Answer her honest questions with a sincere response. Pick the right time and use love language! You may only keep quiet where she has manifested serial and obvious damaging immaturity.

SEX
“Pastor, I’ve never experienced orgasm in seven years yet we have sex almost every other day except he’s sick or on a journey but he will double up at the next available time”! Brotherly kindness demands sowing pleasure before reaping it. “He’s not sensitive at all once he’s high”!

Don’t always come to Canaan while leaving her in Egypt! If you cannot send her ahead make sure you go together. If you want to roof it at night start the decking in the morning with a soft emotional touch and clutch.

PAMPERING
The baby in her never outgrows pampering; the difference between her and your newborn baby in this regard is their birthday. If she’s sick don’t blame her weakness to affirm your strength. Loose her hair when you can. If she’s angry, promise her chocolate and do it! You should swell her head and not break her heart.

RESPONSIBILITY
Strive to make godly and noble things happen. Don’t just be laid back wallowing in pity. Be there for your children, bear your wife’s burden. Don’t act nice, killing yourself for others but intellectually castrated at home. Men and brethren, please if we’re bound together in friendship or ministry, don’t beat your wife. If I hear, you’ve cut a cord until you apologize publicly with a promise never to repeat the madness. We don’t do that in the lineage of Grace.

Romance / What Men Hate About Women By Adesewa (strictly For Ladies Please) by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:02pm On Aug 17, 2018
I've been privileged by grace to speak with scores of men in a heart to heart discussions on marriage: some under strict condition of secrecy, others mild disclosure and a few openly. I've had to refrain a grandfather from crying over his wife's attitude, I've met bitter young husbands whose greatest life regret is marriage.

It spreads across the board without regards to social, spiritual, scientific or substance status. I'm not sure which gender cries more in modern homes again, but I'm confident men are crying, drying and dying in silence. Unfortunately, most men on this slope of the globe are cultured not to give real expression to their emotion until the fuse blows off!

NAGGING
I found it common with almost all scores of cases I'm honoured to handle. "Better to live on the corner of a roof than to share a house with a nagging wife" Proverbs 21:9. Nothing pushes a man to a corner in the roof of secrecy than nagging. Do you nag at home? He will run into the corner of a business, ministry or career roof!

VALUES
I get these lines of complaint a lot: "she doesn't like to be pushed or challenged or corrected". "She can watch movies from dawn till dusk or on chats or go shopping or fix hair forever leaving important things undone". "She also doesn't have boundaries with wrong friends". Even as bad as "she doesn't like intellectual discussions, she just nods like a lizard"! "She's an ingrate, will never appreciate anything you do until you drop dead"!

UNHEALTHY COMPARISON
Men hate to be compared with others unhealthily. Especially when you compare a strange packaged pastor who is an emotional brand manager in public profile with your weak but sincere husband! It's an intellectual crime! Don't compare your husband with your daddy; he could be worse; only that you're used to your daddy's abnormality over time. If he has issues, talk, watch and pray about it within the limits of love. Caveat: Don't inflate your expectations, only a few people can change in a lifetime!

APPEARANCE
There are two extremes to this. Some men complain of excessive and worldly investment by their wives on their bodily container to the detriment of their intellectual and spiritual content. Others are frustrated by dirty, drossy, shabby, dangling dress sense. Both could be annoying. There's a Christian culture of covering in dressing. You can't be seductive and be spiritually productive. There's no dignity in nudity. Know your body shape and structure before picking styles. Therefore, some shoes don't fit you.

There are patterns fat people shouldn't wear. If you're slim with borehole on your neck and spiky collar bones struggling to burst out of your skin, why would you be on low neck dress? You have bulgy eyes you will still be fixing strained braids that pull back the skin on your skull and push out the bulbs. With all these scars and marks on your arms, you still wear sleeveless! How much are they selling sporty wears that you have to tie ten-yard wrappers around the house in your twenties and early thirties?

Try and reduce the thickness and trucks of powder invested like bricklayer to plaster your face. If you're not proud of a natural look, you're a suspect of ill will! If artists run out of drawing paper and canvas, must they substitute with your face? Moderation is relative, and excesses are subjective but always be on the side of caution!

CONCLUSION
I've launched a crusade towards all the wives and ladies in my spheres of influence. I will take you up on appearance henceforth. I will commend you for looking good than before with handsome rewards for an exceptional, cute, simple and godly impression. Also, I will not spare you if you refuse the interest-free loan of common sense. I will defend my brothers today!

Health / 7 Healthy Ways Of Preventing Chronic Diseases by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 12:21pm On Aug 10, 2018
Chronic diseases are long-term conditions that can usually be controlled but not cured. People with chronic illnesses often have to treat daily symptoms that affect their quality of life and experience acute health problems and complications that may shorten their lifespan.

Even if you have a family history of chronic diseases, you can take steps to prevent these disorders and maintain your health for many years. Studies show that the best ways to prevent chronic illness are:

Healthy eating
No diet may not be perfect, but try to eat as much nutritious, lean food as possible. A healthy diet should always include foods such as Fruits and vegetables, beans, meat, nuts, fish, grains etc

Maintain a healthy weight
If you are already in a healthy weight, work on keeping this weight through good diet and exercise. If you have a few extra pounds with you, work with your doctor to find ways to lose weight that work for you. Everyone is different and no weight reduction plan works for everyone. Try to find the right plan for you and your lifestyle.

Do not smoke
Smoking has countless negative consequences for your health, increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, lung cancer, and more. If you also need help quitting smoking, talk to your doctor. Your doctor can help stop smoking and give you access to prescription drugs that can help stop you.

Keep low blood pressure
High blood pressure (hypertension) can damage your heart and kidneys. While healthy nutrition and exercise should keep your blood pressure healthy, you should first check your blood pressure and take blood pressure medications as recommended by your doctor.

Healthy fats such as olive oil or avocado
By filling a plate with these items, you rarely have enough space to eat sweet or oily foods that can increase the risk of a chronic illness.

Stay active
You do not have to go marathons to see the health benefits of physical activity. Walking around 150 minutes a week can help the body stay healthy. Even if you walk in short intervals after 10 minutes, you will see health benefits.

For added health benefits, add training to resistance to create strong muscles and bones.

Sleep well
Sleep can play a bigger role in your health than you think. People who have a lack of sleep usually have higher stress, higher blood pressure, higher blood sugar and poor metabolism. Good night sleep helps your body work well.

CONCLUSION
Remember that your doctor is your partner in a healthy life. If you have questions about preventing or treating chronic diseases, always ask your doctor for help.

NYSC / A Corps Member Writes To The Federal Govt: Apologize For Delaying June Allowance by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 9:26pm On Jul 01, 2018
The serving corps members have shown their dissatisfaction as a result of delaying of their June allowance. The monthly allowance is believed to be paid every last week of the month. However, for the month of June which has ended already the monthly allowance hasn’t been paid.

Below is an open letter written by a corps member serving in Lagos State .

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA.

Less than a week ago, we talked about the multi facet problems of Nigeria and we suggested some solutions. In my record, I kept this as a solution purported: “we must make our government responsible and accountable“.

Now for those people that are saying only prayers cannot work until we act, now is the time to act.

What am I driving at?

Throughout the federation, no single Corp member has received its monthly allowance for the previous month.

Now, this money will be paid without any apologies from the fed government and we will let it slide simply because it is nothing or maybe because we do not care.

I think we should make the government feel responsible about this. I am not saying we should demand for reasons why it is delayed but for whatever reasons that delayed it either genuine or not genuine, excusable or not excusable. We demand an Apology.

I don’t know if any of you have worked with any of these White Men’s company, they will never delay your wages for another 24hrs even if they’re not making a profit (quote this anywhere), they will rather not hire you.

The monthly allowance of every corps member is supposed to be paid latest the last working day of the month. Now our allowance is over 72hrs late. Now, how will a government like this fight for the labour who is owed 2weeks wages by a private organization?

Now, some people might say, this guy is poor, see the way he’s ranting because of #20k But the ranting is not because of the money but because of the implications the matter being addressed is carrying.

One of it is this, our allowance is delayed for 4 days this month and we refuse to talk or make them feel responsible, in the next 3 years, Corpers will be like Civil servants that are being owed 4months wages.

This is how our parents started.

MY RECOMMENDATION

1. The federal government through the Director General of the NYSC, should make an apology to all Corps members for the delay in the payment of their allowances. This should immediately follow the payment of the allowances.

That subsequently, if allowances are delayed for over 72hrs without prior notice of 7 working days to all Corps members, the government shall pay. (let’s think of what should be the penalty)

I am not suffering. Just talking from a grieved heart, I believe the change can start now. Even from the smallest of all things.

Education / Before You Celebrate The First Half Of 2018: Where Is Your Focus? by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 6:58pm On Jun 29, 2018
You need a renewal method to progress in life.

In a few hours, many lives will celebrate the first six months of the year 2018 which means the year has reached the first half. I pray that Almighty God spare our lives to witness it and more months in joy, peace, tranquillity and peace of mind.

As a living being, it is neither your power nor your smartness. Grace and favour of God are what you have received. Many souls have been lost. Many people have died, while some are in the hospitals. The recent happenings here and there are enough to thank God if you are among those who don't before.

Shower praises unto God you are not a victim, however, the fact that you are not a victim doesn't mean you shouldn't pray for the affected and also remember the people in those areas in prayers that God should return peace and tranquillity.

However, before you flood the social media platforms with a celebration of the first half of 2018, ask yourself, where is your focus? Do you even have goals or objectives that require focus? Do you have a dream you are pursuing to make it a reality?

As a living being, you must have a dream, you should have goals and objectives to achieve. You should be a being with a vision. No doubt, many people at the beginning of this year set goals they want to achieve. Many people after the jubilation on the first day of 2018 made promises that these will be their New Year Resolutions.

Ask yourself today, those promises or goals you set, has anyone been achieved? Why haven't you achieved those goals? It is pertinent you assess yourself today because before you know this year would have been running out. If you haven't set any goal it is not too late to set now.

We all have big dreams, we fantasize and want this or that, the problem we have is the required actions to make it a reality. A dream without actionable acts to be a reality is like an abandoned project that lacks execution. No need to take actions if your dreams must be realized.

In life, to achieve anything or any goal you need to prioritize three (3) things.

1- Planning
2- Operations/Actions
3- Evaluation/Assessment

For any goal or objective to be achieved you must take cognizance of those 3 things above.

You need to start with plans, after planning you need actions. Without actions or operations, the set goals or the planning will be futile. Though all plans might not be achievable, therefore, there is a need to evaluate or assess your progress so far.

You need to focus on your life. You must not let noises and distractions make you miss your roads. Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take run off your goals. If you haven't been facing obstacles you are on the wrong path.

Feed your focus, starve your distraction and suffer your obstacles by focusing on your objectives.

Therefore, look at other ways not the distraction side because it will attract you. The noise at the distracting centre will want to take away your strong voice to the success land. Focusing on your goals helps to eliminate distractions.

Don't just make plans, you need to act. Don't just make resolutions focus on actionable things to achieve them. Therefore, don't just wish or fantasize, work hard to make it a reality. Focus on the major things and refuse the minor distractions on your road.

The key to progress is the focus.
The key to success is the focus.
The key to fulfilling destiny is the focus.

Sports / The Super Eagle We Want: Rohr Listened And The Victory Came by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 7:09pm On Jun 22, 2018
The display of the Nigeria team could be described as the surprise package of the week for many Nigerians.

Many were even afraid to watch the game, they were afraid of hypersensitivity bla bla. Who cares?

The Super Eagle showed that we still have a team we can rely on. We shouldn't see this win as a fluke because the Almighty Argentina as one of the favourite teams in the World Cup failed to defeat Iceland.

The results show commitment, teamwork and hard working by the players.

Finally, the result didn't come as a surprise. It started with the Coach. He listened to many Nigerians and football analysts who criticized the team after the loss against Croatia.

He listened and made changes. The change has given us the Victory today.

If our politicians could learn from Rohr by listening to Nigerians then we would have a better Nigeria.

Ahmed Musa, the Hero.

God Bless Nigeria.

Romance / DAY 6: Change The Old Mentality; How To Be A Slay Queen Of The 21st Century by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:20am On May 13, 2018
“Immorality or Illegality, Our Youths Want Expensive Lifestyle.”

“Be a slay queen of the 21st Century.”

I am still on the lifestyle subject. Yesterday, the article I released hit many guys who see Betting as a way of living. They call it struggle to survive. Some people gave me reasons and say it is legal.

The fact is, I am not calling it illegal since the government has yet to announce it as so. My point is, the precious time you are wasting overnights, the brain you are cracking to stake N100 to win N700,000 or millions can be used for a productive mean.

Well, nobody could say anything about the Yahoo+ brethren because it has been part of the struggle too. Someone even said I only targeted men why not ladies?

Our youths (men) are currently suffering from two syndromes as highlighted yesterday. Yahoo+ and betting, however, to caption it all, smoking all sorts of items have also been the order of the day.

To the ladies, their case is nothing to write about these days. Gone are those days we talk about ladies dressing half naked. Today, our ladies dress in total unclothedness. The way ladies dress today you wonder would this set of people get married? Of course, they will get married to their types and some may be lucky to get better homes.

READ ALSO: DAY 5: Change The Old Mentality; You Are Just Too Lazy to be Wealthy

The types of clothes you shouldn’t wear inside your home when visitors are around. Those at the clothes they wear around these days. This is rampant among the ladies so-called students.

Many of them feel they are at the top of the world when they gain admission into any tertiary institution. They start the abnormal lifestyle they see as a normal one.

Some of the ladies are the one putting some men under pressure. Men would want to go any length to satisfy his baby girl. The days of girls waiting for men to do all is over.

If you are still the type that wants all from men you are then in the wrong world. It is good to slay but slay with your sense.

Slay queen should be determined to graduate with good grades and have some employability skills. Slay queens should learn skills that can empower her even if the white collar job is not coming. Moreover, slay queens should be a tech-savvy in this century.

No doubt we are in the world of women. The proportion of women to men is unbalanced as we have more women than men. Therefore, any slay queen with laziness in her will be left out in the journey.

Don’t just go to school to flex around. Don’t turn yourself to sex machine for guys. Also, don’t exchange your body for marks or grades.

Life after school is the real world. Well, the thinking of some ladies is after graduating I will get marry (free and go). My sister, men are now wise they don’t want liabilities. They want ladies that would support the relationship. Men are not after cook or sit at home darling. You are not only meant for the kitchen.

When your mates are asking their men for money to invest in their career you are here still asking for money for make-up and hairstyle. Be a lady of dreams. Be a lady of assets, not Liabilities.

You are slaying but don’t know how to use MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint let alone software packages of the course you are studying. Institutions will not teach you all these you need to wake up from your slumber.

The old mentality of men and women should change. Gone are the years you say after graduating, I will go for NYSC, find a good office job and will start making money. I will buy cars and build houses and will become a millionaire before I turn 30 years.

If you are still thinking that way you are far from the world we are. The 21st century in Nigeria is quite different from that of Europe. You can accomplish this in Europe, not in Nigeria.

Turn yourself to a lady of valuable assets. Learn and add values to yourself. Exchanging your body to get money might be working for you today, ask yourself, what about your future?

I have seen many ladies who are making cool cash without selling their body. They learn every day to grow. It is not too late, you can as well change the old style.

Save money to invest in your life. Your future should be a priority.

Be a lady of virtue.
Be a slay queen of virtue.
Be a lady of honour.
Be a slay queen of honour.
Be a lady of the 21st century.

Health / DAY 4: Change The Old Mentality; Healthy Lifestyle Vs Wealthy Lifestyle by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 1:13pm On May 08, 2018
What are the differences between a wealthy lifestyle and healthy lifestyle?

Today’s piece is coming late as a result of my tight schedules coupled with the power outage.

Yesterday, how to live a satisfactory and healthy lifestyle was discussed. I did an unusual thing yesterday by sharing some of the write-up on my status on Whatsapp as requested by a friend.

To my surprise, I received reactions here and there. The one that got my attention was the question above.

How can you differentiate a wealthy lifestyle from a healthy lifestyle?

I had a long chat with the person who asked the question. Though I had planned to discuss this in one of the series but the question raised by the reader will make me start the analysis.

For me, I will say there are no differences between living a wealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle. Are you surprised?

Of course, there aren’t. The problem is the misconception of the terms. Though the definition might be subjective but generally there are no differences.

Taking Nigeria as a case study or let me say Africa, we believe being wealthy is to have millionaire or billionaire. A Nigeria youth will believe is wealthy when he has built a big mansion, bought expensive cars, go to clubs every day, bought gold, live an extravagant life and spraying money at any event he goes etc.

Be wealthy means to be contented with whatever you have. You are wealthy when you can live a healthy lifestyle as described yesterday. Don’t try to impress others with the little you have. You are living a wealthy lifestyle when you can eat healthy food, drink clean water, have good hygiene, have enough sleep and can have time for exercise.

Mentioning financial freedom doesn’t mean you need to be a Dangote, Otedola, Adenuga, Bill Gates etc before you can live a wealthy lifestyle.

As said yesterday, using your timeline to live within your budget is the key to a healthy lifestyle. When you don’t overspend or go beyond your financial capacity then you can have a satisfactory lifestyle.

No doubt, we all want riches, we all want to become a Bill Gates, a Dangote or other richest in the world, the fact is, we can’t all become that. Therefore, don’t live above your monthly budget. Save from it and invest the money to grow your cash flow.

Bear it in mind that, a healthy lifestyle is also a wealthy lifestyle. Contentment is the riches you can enjoy forever.

The mentality of Nigeria Youth seems to be different. They want quick riches, they want to buy exorbitant cars and fly overseas every day if possible. Yes, you can do that. I have ways you can make quick riches and enjoy the definition of your wealthy lifestyle.

Don’t be eager, I will open your eyes to what you have not known for years.

To be continued.

Health / Change The Old Mentality; How To Live A Satisfactory And Healthy Lifestyle by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 5:43am On May 05, 2018
According to Einstein’s saying, “Not everything that counts can be counted and not everything that’s counted truly counts.”

I am taking lifestyle as the first subject to treat from the highlighted points of Day 2. Your lifestyle defines you. The best lifestyle you can live is the healthy lifestyle.

WHAT IS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

To cut it short, a healthy lifestyle can be defined as follow;

– Healthy Food
– Drink More Water
– Exercise
– Get Enough Sleep
– Avoid Smoking and Alcohol intake
– Good Hygiene And many more

No doubt to live a healthy lifestyle you need to be financially free. Financial freedom is the key to live a satisfactory and healthy lifestyle.

Financial freedom doesn’t mean you are a millionaire. You shouldn’t be a billionaire to enjoy a financial freedom.

Many friends or neighbours will intimidate you with their wealth. They will spend extravagantly at an outing. One thing about me, I’m not intimidated by anyone’s affluence. Why should I put myself under unnecessary pressure?

Dear readers, there is time for everything. Don’t let anybody rush you with their timelines. Never feel the pressure from someone else’s lifestyle. You may be looking at some of your friends and think they are ahead of you, likewise, some friends are feeling they are behind you as well.

Never feel intimidated, everybody has their own time and clock that works for their bearing in life. Be patient, your time will come.

You might not be a millionaire but you can live a balanced, satisfactory and healthy lifestyle. Did you say how? Yes, you can.

Don’t spend like a rich. Don’t try to impress anybody and don’t compare yourself with anybody. Also, don’t spend money without a budget. For every enjoyment, you must have a source of finance for it. You must have a business that can finance your expense.

In short, don’t live above your lifestyle. Get a business that finances your expenditure. Invest more and make savings for future occurrence.

READ ALSO: DAY 2: Change The Old Mentality; 3 Things That Determine You

Ask yourself the simple question. How much did you spend last month?

Ask yourself in your heart and make sure you give it an answer.

Have a budget for your spending. When you don’t overspend or have a deficit budget, then, you can save more and invest more.

With this, you can eat healthy foods, sleep well, have a good hygiene and enjoy exercise.

What else is better to enjoy a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Your lifestyle defines you.

Business / 10 Profitable Business To Start With Under N50,000 By Lovemore Leonard by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 5:11pm On Apr 16, 2018
Almost a year ago, I taught my premium students different profitable business to start with under N100k. Lately, my team compiled the progress. Thirteen students have earned seven-figure profits, six have grossed over half a million in net revenue and well, two are still dancing shaku-shaku. So, the 90.5% success actually inspired this post using same business analysis tools.

I hurriedly joined this group last year when I heard John Obidi say "You don't just jump and start living your passion, you need money to fuel it". Kon hear auto-sense abeg! So, this list would help if; (1) you need to fuel your passion or create another stream of income, (2) you're fed up with your current business model, (3) you need business ideas for your friends and loved ones. Also, we should network in the comment section after this post.

Let the listing of the profitable business begins.

GENERAL BRANDING and SHIRT CUSTOMIZATION:
People would always need customized shirts to celebrate birthdays, weddings, burials, concerts, etc. Organisations would always need branded souvenirs, stickers, pieces of furniture, wears etc. Team supporters also need it to show off their team (let's exclude Barcelona fans for now.lol).

Jude made N1.5m profits a few months back from customizing Black Panther Tee-shirts. In my early hustle days, I suggested to my Youth fellowship to get new shirts, running it made me extra N250k profits. The average profit is 90%. You may choose to play middleman in this business and make good profits or actually learn the simple branding skill and make mega profits.

2. LIVESTOCK FARMING:

I usually do not advice poultry, birds are delicate and require attention. My two top livestock in terms of low startup capital, less attention, and little technical know-how are (1) Snail farming; just get tyres for their housing and plantains peels for their feeding, finish, the rest is light weekly maintenance. The market is always there because of scarcity. 30k can even get you started. (2) Rabbit farming; they can even play in the living room. Very cute creatures ehn. Some would even buy from you as pets. Also, they can give birth to so many just like Mama Nkechi.

3. TUTORING

Yeah, you read correctly. A home lesson, exam training, campus tutorials, WhatsApp seminar etc. People like Helen would chant " Coach, I don't know how to teach oh". My reply to her was "Very few people are born excellent tutors, most are self-made! Take teaching like you're gisting and it would flow naturally. Don't try to "act" a standard teacher".

Well, that same Helen just bought a Pathfinder Jeep from running home lessons for clients. Friends, you're definitely good at a subject, and even if you're Head-of-Olodos, you can handle primary school subjects. Do fliers, banners and some branding with your capital. No matter your age, this is another well-paying job, either as part-time or full-time. It's mostly in the evenings, so expect serious flexibility.

It must not necessarily be a home lesson, it can be WhatsApp seminars or something. Just improvise. Trust me, people are willing to pay.

4. BED SHEET/BEDDING PRODUCTION:

Every major state has a huge market to get materials in bulk. Go to Oshodi if you're around Lagos. Pick awesome materials. You'll find tailors to work on it in that same market. Don't limit yourself to just bed sheet. There's tablecloth, handkerchiefs, boxers etc. Please never make the mistake of producing a lot of products then become stuck without selling. Always create a market demand for mass production.

5. DIGITAL MARKETING:

I wish you know the desperation of thousands of business looking for more sales. Without sales, there's no business. That's where digital marketers come in handy. A review said 50% of the world sale would be performed online by 2020. So there's a pressing need for this skill! About N30k can buy a digital marketing basics course. N15k to register a business name for better packaging. That's it, you're already in business.

Also, make sure any digital marketing course you pay for contains templates of proposal letters to an organization. My company can offer this course.

6. MINI IMPORTATION BUSINESS

Sweet business if done right. My student sold a John Foster shoe to me for N45k. I pondered how he made profits as that amount seemed to be lower than other shoe stores in Abuja. However, I stumbled on his laptop one afternoon to see a Chinese wholesale website selling it for $55 (N22k). That's over 100% profits! The accessories you buy for N5k can be gotten for $6 (2k).

Items like phones, electronics, wears, etc. The list is endless. With less than N50k, dear you're good to go. My team, Pat Ogidi, and other coaches offer valuable information as to how to begin this business.

7. SNACKS and DRINKS

The production skills are pretty easy to learn. What should distinct you in this business is your packaging and smart marketing strategy. Always value customer service. You may not need a shop for a start. Just have a good supply chain and show-glass if need be. You’ll grow! Production of Smoothies, cocktail, sausage, small chops, cupcakes, chinchin etc. Always research for the perfect snack and drink combination. If you like to sell zobo and shawarma. OYO

8. FAIRLY USED WEARS

"Me I cannot sell fairly used wears oh". Wee you keep kwayet?! Those in Abuja should know a dope building beside Orji Uzor House, Wuse. The major business of the man who resides there's is bulk sales of fairly used wears! Wait, when I say "fairly used wears" I'm not talking about the heavily degraded ones you see in the market. Most wealthy people don't wear clothes repeatedly. So what happens to those clothes?

Bros, if Bill Gates decides to give away his clothes, I'll bottle my pride, throw inside Lagos lagoon, collect them, and upload selfie. My point is fairly used clothes are of different grades and you can access them with less than N50k.

9. FRUITS AND GRILLS

Grills and fruits are eatables that people usually buy on impulse. The amount of money grilled meat sellers have collected from me, it can build three bedrooms flat and small swimming pool. Fruits and Grills business just need a "strategic location". After studying fruit business for a while, I wanted to stop going to the office and just become a professional fruit seller. Make your research, it's super lucrative.

10. PARTNERSHIP

Entrepreneurship is not for everybody. Yeah, some are just meant to do the 9-5 behind the desk job. We all have that one person around us we know is very good with business. Invest with him or her. Learn to leverage the power of partnership. It's a soft way to get passive income.

If you have a strong will to "hustle" N50k isn't really challenging to raise. Also, the more money you invest, the easier it is to create a system for more profits.

PS: To avoid unnecessary losses, don't go into any of this businesses without a "guide" from an expert in the field.

Phones / Some Americans Want Facebook Website Deleted After Data Scandal: Read Reactions by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 12:47pm On Apr 12, 2018
Mark Zuckerberg admits to US Senate that Facebook scrapes audio from every single video you upload to Facebook and Instagram. Many Americans were furious because the man they trust with their privacy has failed them.

Though, the CEO of Facebook, Mark said they are putting up measures to avoid such mistakes again in the future. However, many are still afraid that the data leak might also have effects in the coming elections.

Other people believe they can’t trust Mark Zuckerberg again since the owner doesn’t have knowledge of the company. Mark claimed ignorant of some issues on data scandal. Though he admitted that Facebook keeps track of users’ browser history even not online.

Read some reactions below;

“Listening to him speak right now is appalling. The guy literally sounds like he’s had a lobotomy and is the most disingenuous puke ever. It painful to listen and he’s so snide.”

“Mark Zuckerberg is right on the line between a lie & truth. He is omitting information and avoiding answering questions. Lucky for him the Senators are too dumb to know anything technology or care enough to follow up on their questions.”

“Zuckerberg says Facebook users can delete information any time they want. But I’ve been offered “Facebook memories” of things I’ve deleted and there’s no delete option for these memories. So these pieces of data are still on Facebook.”

“Zuck isn’t aware if Mueller has issued a subpoena to his company. He is the CEO. He should know this.”

“The fact that Mark Zuckerberg would even consider sharing data with ICE is sad. Just because they say they’ll use the data to identify the most harmful immigrants, we know they’ll use it to target activists/organizers.”

“Zuckerberg is no Steve Jobs. He seems like he’s an ok person & he is trying to answer the questions but a lot of the time he appears to not know or is a bit amateur in how he runs the company. His passing answers to his team for later responses makes him look weak.”

“Until that happens you’re always sharing the data on Facebook and you can NEVER trust them.”

“I don’t think Facebook should give up any control they have of their company to the government. I know people who are using the free market solution of switching to another social media platform, such as @mewe. Let’s try that first, rather than to give government more control.”

“What I’m learning today is that NOBODY reads Terms of Service. Not even Facebook!”

“Mark Zuckerberg when asked in a 2009 BBCWorld interview if Facebook would ever sell personal user data. His answer? “No! Of course not.”

“Don’t trust this guy. It’s all about the money to him. He sold us out!”

“Zuckerberg getting grilled by Sen. Blumenthal, who says Facebook cannot be trusted, Zuckerberg cannot be trusted and legislation is needed.”

“Finally watching clips of Zuckerberg today. Two things are clear – (1) we have to get better privacy & data rules for Facebook; & (2) we need more tech-savvy Members of Congress. You can’t conduct oversight if you don’t know what you are overseeing.”

“Mark Zuckerberg doesn’t know if the company he built and leads track your browsing history. Scary Big Brother.”

“Is the data really gone after you delete your facebook?” Why was that question not answered by Zuckerberg?”

“Facebook’s Zuckerberg dodged the question of whether social media apps like his addictive to kids & harmful. Many experts telling me insanely addictive, to point kids losing productivity, becoming more anxious, stressed.”

Phones / DATA SCANDAL: Some Hilarious Questions US Senators Asked Mark Zuckerberg by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:34pm On Apr 11, 2018
Listening to US Senators drilling Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Capitol Hill is hilarious because the majority of them have no idea how Facebook or the internet works. The US Senators should be described as analog senators in this 21St century.

Mark Zuckerberg admitted that Facebook tracks what you do on your browser even when you are not logged into Facebook. Mark, also confirmed during congress that data of users are saved for other things. The facebook owner also shocked many people of not knowing what is happening in his domain. He made mentions of the following during a congress called by US Senators on Privacy violations and Data Leakage from Facebook.

However, Mark played smart as some of the senators are totally ignorant of technology is all about. They came on with funny and hilarious questions. Though the owner of Facebook felt guilty but was reluctant and wise not to say a yes to some questions.

The question that tamed Mark at the Congress was the one on the privacy. He was asked can he share the hotel he stayed last night, he said no. So, the owner of Facebook couldn’t share his privacy but has shared and sold the privacy of users on his platform. Many Americans believed Mark Zuckerberg has influenced many elections and could also do that in the future.

Let’s go through some of the hilarious questions and great ones that were answered by Mark Zuckerberg.

Senator: "Let's say I'm emailing someone in WhatsApp..."

Senator Shelley Moore Capito: “answer me this Mr. Zuckerberg, why do my grandchildren get mad at me when I comment on all of their pictures?!”

Senator; “Mr. Zuckerberg, why have you not verified my Hulk Hogan fan page?”

Senator; "Mr. Zuckerberg, do you know anything about privacy settings for Twitter?"

Question; “Will you give FB users an option to delete their data history? If not, why not?
How many? For which purposes? With whom?”

Senator Ben Sasse: "Can you define hate speech"? Zuckerberg basically unable to provide a definitive answer.

Senator: “Mr. Zuckerberg, can you explain how I’ve been on Facebook for ten years and yet still do not have one friend request accepted?”

Senator Durbin: "Would you be comfortable sharing the name of the hotel you stayed in last night? Would you tell us any messages you sent in the last week?"

Mark Zuckerberg (clearly uncomfortable): No, I would not be comfortable sharing that
Durbin: That's the point

Senator Johnson R-WI: “Do you know how many people read your terms of service?”
Zuckerberg: No I do not.

Senator: "Is Facebook about "feeling" safe or is Facebook actually safe?"
Mark Zuckerberg: "Yes."

Senator Blumenthal to Zuckerberg: "We have seen the apology tours before. I don't see how you can change your business model unless there are rules. You maximize profit over privacy. Your promises are vague"

Zuckerberg: "Our data controls are not used to make people feel safe - they're what people want in the product. These controls aren't just to build trust, it's to make it so people can do what they want with the service.

Education / Social Media Can Make Or Mar Your Job Opportunity By Vincent Adeoba by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:03am On Apr 05, 2018
Social Media Can Make or Mar Your Job Opportunity By Vincent Adeoba Oluwadamilola

A friend who got a job in a multinational recently shared his experience with me. One of the things he said that caught my attention was that staffs of the company were going to LinkedIn to view his profile from time to time. He would have lost the job if he is to be someone that posts questionable contents. Employers don’t just check your LinkedIn profile, they make sure they check all your social media accounts.

Since three young undergraduates shut down the traditional recruitment industry a few years ago, companies have been using online tools and platforms to recruit and social media is one them. The social platform is not just a collection of websites, it is a universe on its own. Facebook has over 2.1 billion users, YouTube 1.5 billion users, WhatsApp 1.3 billion users while LinkedIn boasts of 260 million users.

The amazing thing about the social platform is that beyond the opportunity to connect and meet people. It has become a recruitment tool both for recruitment agencies and companies. Most employers today are using social media to source the right candidates, which means it should be a big part of your job search strategy both when you are on campus and after graduation.

I know a lot of people that got their job via social media. All they did was to connect with top executives in a firm, engaged them in conversations and talked to them about what they can offer and from there they were invited for an interview. While it may be difficult to catch up with these top executives offline, social media is a nice place to get their attention.

On the other side, imagine getting to an interview room and one of the interviewers welcome you by calling you “DonFlexy” instead of your real name. Only for you to remember that you haven’t deleted all the nude pictures, pictures of you wearing a singlet with ladies on your lap from your online photo album. No company will want to employ someone with questionable characters not to talk of having indecent pictures on Facebook, Instagram and others or having contents full of grammatical errors.

The truth is that companies now do social media check on candidates going through their recruitment process. Many candidates have lost job opportunities because of the contents they have on their social media. While some got their job because their employers were impressed with the contents they saw on their social media profile.

Posting or allowing people to tag you questionable contents on social media could kill your chances of getting a job. What you post could also propel your application to the top of the stack. Social media platforms are the great place to share accomplishments and volunteering activities with your potential employer both while you are on campus and after.

According to a 2017 CareerBuilder survey, “70 percent of employers use social media to screen candidates before making a hiring decision. And 57 percent of hiring managers are less likely to interview someone they can't find online”.

My advice:

Always share contents on new developments in your field
Double check for spelling and grammatical errors
Contribute to important conversations
Don’t be a jack of all trade on social media
Avoid attacking people’s personality
Have a nice profile picture and talk about your experience and achievements

Social media is here. It’s not going away; it is not a passing fad. Be where your potential employers are: in social media.

Culture / “I Am An Oba And Will Remain An Oba For Life” – Oluwo Of Iwo Land by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 2:49am On Apr 05, 2018
During an interview on Rave FM on Tuesday with Mr Adefila, Oluwo of Iwo Land, Oba Abdul Rasheed was asked about the latest Emir adoption Saga. He was asked when you assume the throne of your forefather you said you can be regarded as Emperor. The emperor also generated some reactions and the latest one is the adoption of Emir Adoption.

Oluwo said; “I want to thank God the highest for everything. Also, I want to thank for today, I want to thank God for yesterday and I want to God forever. I will never do anything without the inspiration of God. I give glory to Him. What is the meaning of adoption? The way Newspapers today twist things is very saddened. They said I abandoned Oba, how would you abandon who you are. It is not possible. How can you abandon Oba for Emir?”

“What is Emir? What is Oba and what is King? Oba is our own language and word. Traditionally and historically I am an Oba and will remain an Oba for life. There are many people who have their hidden agenda who want to twist our words. I don’t pay for the advert or pay for recognition or for people to know me everywhere (popularity).”

“In the world now, everybody knows me, it is those bad belle people that spread rumour and they are letting people know me. I don’t pay for publicity, they (enemies) are the one promoting me. I thank them for that.” Oluwo of Iwo land said.

Oluwo of Iwo, Oba AbdulRasheed Adewale Akanbi, in his reactions however said he did not abandon the Oba title for Emir. The monarch said he words were twisted by enemies. He said, he only loves the unity and love among Emirs in the Northern part of Nigeria which is lacking among the traditional Yoruba rulers.

Oba Akanbi said; “I didn’t say I abandoned Oba I can never abandon it. If you see what I wear, a king in Nigeria that wears it is rare. My crown is lovely and beautiful and I have even upgraded my own style of dressing. It is so beautiful that the Emirs love it.”

He continued: “What I said, I am going to adopt the kind of ways and life of Emirs. The Oba, King, Obi, Emir and Igwe are the heads. They are the heads of all the men even the politicians. If the head is not right, there is a problem.”

“The heads in the Northern part, you will never see any kind of bitterness or reporting each other for politicians, they don’t do that. I want our Obas in Yoruba land to do the same. For me to take a step, I want to adopt that kind of ways. I would become a king that would bring peace and unity. We are the heads of the Yoruba nation, if we are having the problem and not united then our children can never be united.”

Romance / Does The Rich Always Marry The Rich? - Solomon Buchi Bartholomew by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 4:59am On Mar 25, 2018
A few days ago, Fatima Dangote and Abubakar Jamil got married. The bride is the daughter of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, while the groom is a pilot and the son of former Inspector-General of police, Mohammed Abubakar.

The wedding was attended by those who matter around the world including Bill Gates.

I have seen lots of analysis from social media commentators about how unrealistic the Nigerian movie industry has portrayed love being void of class; of how a wealthy man will go to the village and pick a local girl for marriage.

Does the rich always marry the rich?

Here’s it:
Firstly, we have to understand that attraction happens in the midst of many similarities. You’re more probable to get attracted to someone who has something in common with you.

But, sometimes it won’t be money. It could be some other virtues. That’s why if you’re broke, it’s advisable you have any of these qualities.

Intelligence And Talent.
Physical Beauty.
Financial Capacity.
If you lack financial capacity, do well to be equipped intellectually. If you lack the both, well, make sure you are handsome. All three abilities are the major pillars of attraction.

The reason a lot of rich people don’t marry someone ‘poor’ folks isn’t always because they are ‘poor’, but because they have nothing exceptional. Yes.

In fact, I think it doesn’t take much of financial capacity to impress a rich person because they have it; they might not be in the relentless pursuit of anyone’s financial ability.

They just want exceptionality. Confidence.

One reason we all should discover our peculiarity and build on it, not just to attract our customers, but also as a social advantage too, because the more developed you are, the more you’re attractiveness goes high.

Recently as I have been learning how to play the guitar, I do carry it around most times, and I’ve had like four strangers strike a conversation with me because they saw me with a guitar and assumed I could play.

Every ability gives a social advantage and prestige.

You are broke. Fine.
What can you do well?

Money isn’t only the socially prestigious tool of attraction.

I’m not downplaying financial class, but if you find yourself in a meeting with Bill Gates’ daughter, or a renowned and wealthy man’s daughter, will you stay all cold because you ain’t as rich as they are?

We all have our area of wealth.

I have seen very much wealthy ladies date very broke exceptional men just because they were different, and yes, talented. They met them and immediately observed something exceptional about them.

See, the problem is not that Bill Gates’ daughter cannot love you, but how to attract her. Attraction precedes love. Human love doesn’t sprout from anywhere.

Can one be proud of you publicly?

This is one way to ascertain your level of personal development.
Fine, we are broke. Though I am also broke, I think some rich girls do admire me.

Influential and wealthy people don’t just want wealthy people too, they can build you up financially, they want someone who can rep. You can do stuff, talk, write, sing, just doing some exceptionally and with a standard.

Don’t be broke and lack everything else. If you talk to me you won’t even recognise I’m broke because my exceptional mind will captivate you for so long. Lol. People don’t want to look at you and see all the flaws. Have something that can shine away from your weaknesses.

You cannot be broke in the pocket.
Broke in your mind.
Also, be broke in your head.
Broke in your face.
And Finally be broke in your body.
Hian!

CONCLUSION
Finally, stop dreaming to marry a rich person. Just be a rich person.

Are you being disturbed by constipation every time you eat one particular food? Or you know of someone having this problem presently? There is nothing to fear about it because here you’re going to learn how to treat constipation in a natural way.

Constipation means different things to different people. For many people, it simply means an irregular passage of stool (excrement). For others, however, this means hard stools, problems with their penetration (load) or the feeling of incomplete emptying after bowel movements. The cause of each of these symptoms varies, so access to each patient must be tailored to each individual patient. It can also be alternated with diarrhoea.

Six most effective ways to Treat Constipation are:

1. Take plenty of water
Intake of water is known to solve constipation problem for ages. When you’re experiencing it, just take 5 – 7 glass cup of water or if you can take more depending on body mass and temperature of the environment, you can take more water.

2. Eat natural fibre food.
Natural fibre foods are Vegetables, Whole grains, Nuts and seeds, Beans and legumes, and Fresh and dried fruits.

3. Do regular exercise Daily
This will help improve the problem of constipation.

4. Antacid consumption must be reduced to minimal
This means that you will redesign your diets in such a way that you wouldn’t suffer from heartburn and acidity.

5. It is usually easier to prevent than to treat.
Following the relief of constipation, maintenance with adequate exercise, fluid intake, and high fibre diet is recommended. Children benefit from scheduled toilet breaks, once early in the morning and 30 minutes after meals.

Psychologically Causes of Constipation
Voluntary withholding of the stool is a common cause of constipation. The choice to withhold can be due to factors such as fear of pain, fear of public restrooms, or laziness. When a child holds in the stool a combination of encouragement, fluids, fibre, and laxatives. It may be useful to overcome the problem.

Romance / 5 Life-changing Lessons You Should Learn From Previous Break Up by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 1:16am On Feb 10, 2018
There is no way to a break up in a relationship. Even if the relationship was not the best, daily life changes dramatically and emotional effects can be sent to you in a tailspin.

While many boys may not be so fast to recognize it, I have been dumped by many women over the years. Maybe you too; perhaps not. However, I’m a solid believer in learning the mistakes of others.

There are healthy ways to treat your sadness, that is real and valid, but there are also things that can stand up and delay cure. Do not lose heart: you will continue on time, find a love that suits you better, and all this will be a memory.

Lessons You Should Learn From Previous Break Up

Share and share the same.
What this means is that every person is likely to accuse the other of the breach. But the truth is that you both have contributed to the break up in one way or another. By honestly looking at what went wrong, and your role in it, you can be aware to avoid making mistakes in the future.

Women still need their space.
Like a guy, it may seem that women always want to hug and hug and always be around. But they need some time. To make things worse, many boys can be possessive and try to know what their partner is at all times. And if you have had a woman who was unreliable in the past, then this trend is even stronger.

While this is the case, you will see distrust, and there can not be a relationship in that kind of atmosphere. So, while it may be difficult, do your best to make your girlfriend do what she likes, and do not feel that you should always give her the third degree of what she does.

Heal time.
The first few days after a break up are the absolute worst. Then you start with what has happened. Indeed, there will be emotional ups and downs, but it will be easier as time passes. If that is not the case, then it may be a good idea to see a qualified counsellor to help you. You can also use this pain in the future by reminding you that it’s easier to work on the problematic issues while in the relationship than suffering from a fracture.

Accept the facts.
When you start a relationship, you feel you have found your soulmate. You have even suggested a beautiful future and maybe also talked about it. But over time, things start to go down. You start wondering what you have ever seen in her. However, she probably feels the same way about you. Then you break up. Now you are not only feeling bad about bragging, but you’re also feeling bad about missing the future you have suggested. Remember, however, that it’s better to end things now if it was not meant to be.

Happiness is not an accident.
To say otherwise: Relationships take work. You can not only make things happen with you; you have to take responsibility for making what you want. Also, it can be the most important lesson of all.

CONCLUSION
Learn what you can from the relationship that just ended (break up) and moving forward. Do not give up to meet your perfect match. Be grateful that the wrong or abusive relationship ended to deliver you to the right.

Romance / 9 Things Women Hate About Men In Relationships by MRPOSSIBLE11(m): 7:03pm On Feb 06, 2018
Are you wondering that couples in relationships do hate themselves? No doubt, as love grows on a daily basis of any marriage there are some certain things women don’t like in relationships. Males and females are not only poles but separate planets! And therefore it is said that “men are from Mars and women is of Venus.” Well, the men-women battle is infinite. Though not a battle like the World War 1 or 2 but a fight that would last in some relationships. Also, some relationships enjoy every bit of action.

However, the fact of the matter is that they need each other, despite big differences. Both men and women “love” and “love each other.” I have heard someone saying it is jealousy. I don’t think so as someone has stated that it is nature of women. Women have different things that attract them to men and vice versa. Playing with the emotions of your partner is not that cool.

Well, the fact remains that, women don’t play with relationships, unlike men. Women take relationships very seriously and give it the best they can. Though as a man there some of these things I don’t think women should bother themselves about.

In this post we have listed some of the most annoying things that are being done to wipe women on the wrong side:

Careless About Health and Hygiene
Health is not just wealth but also the entire life we live. Without a healthy lifestyle, we might not enjoy the life we live. Therefore, it is necessary to keep our health and hygiene the priority. Many men don’t care about hygiene and health. Women are more aware when it comes to keeping clean and hygienic. Women hate men who are dirty in the house. Such people don’t bother it at all, leaving dirty jeans in the room, their pants, and shirts on the ground, etc.

Come late and let women wait
One of the things women hate about men is to keep to then waiting unnecessarily. Most men are always out of the schedule. A woman hates when a man leaves a lot of time and waits for her indefinitely. This out scheduled will even be as a result of unnecessary things which make women most frustrated. Therefore, it is important to keep to time and never let your wife waiting without a cogent reason.

Compare their partner with ex
Nobody likes being compared to anyone else. Women hate it as their husband or lover to match them with their ex-girlfriends. Sometimes, the comparison might go other ways to look like a joke. A joke by telling his wife, my ex- does this better than you do it. We are humans, you will see signs of jealousy in such woman. Women hate being compared and lowered to any other woman. Therefore, as the husband, you need to take note of such comparison.

Men Forget Most Important Things
Women love when men are smart, bold and caring. Women hate it when men are foolish, after forgetting important things or days. How can a caring man forget the birthday of his wife? So, it is important to take note of important and delicate things or days. A man can’t be forgetful, or he will end up with the consequences!

Looking at other women
A man loves to check other women in public places, even if in the presence of his wife. Women at this instance, their level of jealousy rises to 100%. Some men will even joke about it. Though some men would pretend not to look at her, but watch a sneak peek at girls walking past her. Men women see this as intimidation and public harassment. Never try to intimidate her with such public insult, it shows you care less don’t love her.

Making stories to apologize
A woman does not like the art that men have managed over the centuries. Also, many men think women are the soft being which can easily be manipulated. They give unnecessary excuses or cook some stories for any wrongdoing. They offer bizarre justifications for what they should have accepted a wrongdoing. Most women hate such act because they feel embarrassed, cheated and judged wrongly.

Men try to own
No doubt, some men don’t appreciate women if they become too clingy. Learn to understand whatever she does for you. Doing this might cause your relationships because you are not giving her the space she deserves. Let her feel she is worthy of being your partner in the relationships.

Men Are Not attentive
One of the leading causes divorce these days is lack of communication and attention. Lack of attention can cause men in a relationship. There are times when a man is lost in his world and would not realize that the woman he claims to be in love has expressed himself.

Thinking of sex 24/7
Many men think the only enjoyment in relationships is going to bed. There is more to intimacy than sex. Some people don’t even take care of their wife except requesting for bedtime. A woman hates it as a man who is most likely to make sex. Try to adjust and learn to take care and treat her like a baby. Trust me; she will give you whatever you deserve and request from her with ease.

In conclusion, it is important for men in relationships to take note of the following nine points. It is necessary to avoid conflicts that lead to divorce. Women might be soft in dealings but should not be cheated, embarrassed or maltreated. Never give room for anybody to ruin your relationships with worthless pieces of advice. Solve all problems within your relationships amicably with your partner.
