Big one my sister, this is now becoming a trend.
CrimeAnother Girl Ifeoma Ndubisi (14), Still Held By Her Islamic Adaptors Since 2014 by mrprezident007(op): 2:43am On Mar 07, 2016
As usual, her abductors have renamed her Aishai. That name is beginning to be synonymous with ‘Abducted School Girls’ and the Sharia Council in Nigeria is playing a part in holding a minor hostage. The abducted girl’s father Nicodemus Ndubuisi narrated his story as follows: “It all started in May, 2014 when she came home late and her mother talked to her. She then left the compound to our neighbour’s place. We lived in the midst of Hausa who are majorly Muslims. So, we learnt that Abdullahi has taken her to Mallam, Khalil who work with Ahmadu Bello University, at Energy Research here in Samaru. The next thing we heard was the conversion of our daughter to Islam. “So after we approached him for the release of our daughter, he told us she had traveled to Sokoto. When we reported the case to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Zaria, and they wrote to Commissioner of Police Kaduna State, Directorate of State Security (DSS) for assistance, the Police Commissioner, Shehu Umar, sent some of his men to Zaria, that the girl should be handed over to her biological parents. “But on getting to Zaria, the man has gone to Sharia Court in Zaria to collect a court order, granting him the custody of the girl. This was granted without consulting her biological father. “So, we were told that our daughter had been moved from Zaria to one school called Da-rul Islam in Kaduna where new converts are usually taken to. This attitude is capable of igniting religion crisis in the State. We have been in Zaria for more than three decades without having any issue with anybody. “Now when we approached the school in Kaduna alongside the CAN representative, the school told us to go and get a written clarification to that effect because there was a written order from court before she was admitted. The school later appealed to us to come and take our girl because she was given them problem. But we need court order to do that. “Even with the intervention of the Commissioner of Police that the girl should be released to us, the court refused to release her and instead transferred the case to upper Sharia court in Zaria. “In fact, for more than a year now, we have not set our eyes on our own daughter when we are still alive. We are against this impunity that our child will be in custody of another man when we the parents are alive. “The whole episode had even forced us out of the former house where it all started. We are hereby calling on concerned authorities including the State government to come to our rescue. They have aborted her schooling. She has also been kept incommunicado as we are no longer hearing from her. She remains a Christian and not a Muslim as they claim. She is just a 15-year-old girl and that makes her a minor in this case. I want my daughter back so she can continue with her education,” Nicodemus Ndubuisi said. When contacted through his mobile telephone, the man at the centre of the allegation, Alhaji Shehu Khalil, was not ready to give much details on the issues raised. Instead, he just said “How did you manage to get my number? Who said he has his daughter in my custody? Well, I don’t know anything. You can come to Zaria I don’t know anything because I cannot talk to you on phone.” The Police on its part, through its Kaduna Command Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Zubair Abubakar, confirmed the incident but declined to comment further, saying “you know the case is still in court and I’m not permitted until the court decides.” ———————- Can all good hearted people prevail on Kahil to release this girl without any further delay?

its a hausa yoruba problem
they are the APC goons
they brought bubu to power
they both despise and threaten the igbos
they are in support of killing ND people just because of oil
they believe they are the best rulers and politikers (dont mind that word)
so i think its their problem because two of them are the reason why nigeria is backward.
meanwhile, the zoo must fall
they marginalize igbos so much
see hausa/yorubas fighting without involving the igbos, this is marginalization
grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
lagos now belongs to hausas, oba akiolu agrees if not he for don throw them insde lagoon
So you are part of those that refer to Africa's largest economy as a zoo?

I've lived in almost every part of the country and I've realized that when there was religious/political/tribal fight/crisis in the 'North', people in
the 'South' felt it was not their business, *na dem
dey kill dia sef*. Recently, it should be obvious to
everyone in the South that there are now too many
'runaways' from the North in the South ridding
bikes, selling fruits and doing menial jobs.
For those who are not concerned by what's
happening in the North, those people are now the
lead characters in mile 12 saga and they are all
around you. *we dey kill ourselves*. Show concern, be a complete Nigerian. This is not an Hausa vs Yoruba clash. This is a a stupid clash affecting everyone irrespective of tribe. #Pray4Mile12 #IamNigerian.
PoliticsThe Many Lies Of The Buhari and the APC by mrprezident007(op): 9:15am On Mar 05, 2016
On Stolen Stolen Funds.
Buhari and his cohorts told us some ex government officials have started returning stolen funds. Kemi Adeosun came in and clarified that no fund have been returned.

On Chibok Girls.
PMB said he knew of the girls location but was progressing with caution. Later Buhari said he does not know the whereabouts of the girls. The final nail on d coffin was when the self proclaimed mama Taraba said PMB should not be disturbed because the girls where not abducted during his term.

On Anti-corruption.
The gospel according to PMB is that only PDP members are corrupt. Once you are in APC old things are passed away.

On Tribalism.
Buhari once said he belongs to everybody... well from his appointments it is obvious that his Northern Agenda is really on course. The only prominent people brought to courts with handcuffs are Igbos(Metuh and Kanu). Even Northern Terrorist are given VIP treatment. If you are Igbo and you support buhari...Ekwesiri I pia gi utali! (no translation needed).

On Judiciary.
Since PDP won their cases back to back, Buhari is really unhappy that the Justices did not dance to his tune. Forget the fact that only PDP won elections are nullified in Nigeria.

On Niger Delta oil spill
Since PMB ordered the "Immediate" cleaning of the Delta...nothing has happened.

I have a quick question though, what happened to PMB's much talked about body language. #myonekobo

PoliticsYouth Inclusion In Governance by mrprezident007(op): 6:50pm On Feb 24, 2016
In Nigeria currently, it is almost unheard of that someone below the age of 50yrs is entrusted with an important public service position. Today, the average age of the ministers of President Buhari is 54, but the negligence of such a pivotal demographic in our political map did not just start with president Buhari. Just like everything in Nigeria, there was a time when it worked. So where did we get it wrong?
Firstly, during the struggle for independence and few years afterwards Nigeria was led by energetic young patriotic set of youths. Both Nnamdi Azikiwe and Obafemi Awolowo where in their early 40s when they started holding important public positions. Nigeria once had a 26yr old as a foreign affairs minister while having a head of state at 32yrs. However, the predilection of the current crop of leaders to turn our democracy into a gerontocracy is bewildering. A country where a 60yr old will be a youth leader of a major political party, where a 58yr old is a youth minister and an 82 years old was made Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria Railway Cooperation in 2014 and you still wonder why our trains are so slow and still run with steam engine. As a well cultured child I would love to thank the few old men who have steadied the ship of our nation to this state, but it is time to bow out gracefully. I know recycling is great for the environment but recycling old and tired hands is suicidal to our growth as a nation.
Secondly, as a young person I have asked myself if it is not because of bad leadership that makes us clamour for youth inclusion, but a quick look at some developed countries will help. In Europe, Sweden leads the pack with a vibrant and young set of leaders, Swedish Education Minister, Gustav Fridolin became a minister at 28yrs old, and guess what..he is not a professor! You don't need a professor to build libraries, you don't need a professor to know that our public schools urgently needs a change,a transformation and a breath of fresh air all at once. In Italy, they lead the pack by having the youngest prime minister in Italian history. Matteo Renzi became Italian prime minister at 39yrs, at that age in Nigeria he is not even "old enough" to be a youth leader in Nigeria. In North America the stories are not different. The United States elected Barrack Obama a 48yrs old African American as her president in 2009. Canada is not left out either, having the second youngest member of the G7 and a prime minister Justin Trudeau at 43yrs. The list of countries that have decided to hand over the mantle of public service to the youths continues to grow, but Nigeria seems to be recycling tired, retired and exhausted hands. But is the youth ready for leadership?
Thirdly, the readiness of youths in handling the responsibilities that comes with leadership in the public sector have been called to question, most prominently by the ebullient and letter writing former president Olusegun Obasanjo, who posited that the young people of this generation is neither ready nor capable of handling important government positions. Inasmuch as I would like to disagree with President Obasanjo's position on this, I respect his opinion on the matter and I have done a retrospection and have concluded that he might be right after all. Before the emergence of Social/New Media, young people where restricted to positions like special adviser on entertainment, tourism and youth affairs. But since the advent of these new forms of media young people have been relegated to social media propagandists masquerading as Special Advisers on New Media. This generation have effectively turned itself to what I call a #hashtaggeneration. We campaign for the old and recycled men while secretly hoping that when they win they will be magnanimous enough to "give" us some scrums from the table.
Inopportunely, in the words of one of the greatest political juggernauts in Nigeria, Bola Tinubu "power is not given to you on a slate/plate". Is it not befuddling and laughable that a demography with the highest number of voters are now beggars of mediocre appointments? The first and best step is for young people to participate more in the electoral process, during the 2015 general elections I conducted a nonscientific online poll to get a rough estimate of young people on Twitter that belongs to a political party. I was shocked by the result, out of 3000 respondence only 14% are registered members of a political party.
In conclusion, as long as we continue to abstain from politics we will remain well wishers and beggars of appointments, but if we participate and contest elective positions we will be a step closer to eradicating this democratic gerontocracy.

Jobs/VacanciesNo Jobs Or No Employable Graduates? by mrprezident007(op): 6:19pm On Feb 24, 2016
Unemployment and quality of Education.
I have seen many graduates roam the streets looking for jobs. Conversely, some companies have also lamented that many Nigerian graduates are unemployable. Who is telling the truth, are there Jobs but no employable graduates or that there are not so many jobs out there?
