Nonsense. Saraki sort the approval of the state assembly as prescribed in the constitution.
Even at that the ruling said he couldn't do so without the NJCs concurence.
Please tell me which of the steps established by the precedent of this ruling and the constitution did General Buhari follow?

The suspension of the CJN by PMB is one of the wisest decision this administration has taken since it assumption.
Nigeria is not a Banana Republic and we can't be perpetually impeded by frivolous technicalities in obviously clear case of misconduct.

Saraki and Co can rant till thy kingdom come but the true spirit of the law will have it way.

A Banana Republic is actually one where the dictates of its Constitution are selectively obeyed and flagrantly disobeyed. Let's not take political activism too far.
