I didn't wanna reply you since u mentioned me, I will

u said that question hasn't been answered here
Which isn't true

On the USA visa visit page u asked same question precisely may14 at 10 am and u were answered.

U said u r asking based on vacation and not birthing...
Then again this forum is for birthing and question related to birthing...

plus everything MODATH said

thank you, i was one of those that wanted to use MIHS then before the price was jacked up, i was trying to stay for awhile in nigeria before travelling in order to save cost but my lo came early @ 33wks (prem)

FinanceFitness:
Please go ahead, should be easy for you since you were honest last year and ended up not going. Just book his own appointment and have your usual proof ready - plus explanation on why you couldn't go again.

If not personal, can you please share why you didn't go again?

Passport in your maiden name is fine. A very long time ago - 10yrs a friend going with a toddler was asked to come with proof of being the mother. So you can take the birth certificate, if your name is your current name there, include advert for change of name and marriage certificate, if you have preggy pictures, naming pictures, newborn and other family photos, please take them along too, they may want to sight them.

Thank you

Hello mrsoje,

We're not in the business of gambling. We do not give odds on how likely or unlikely it is for a person to receive a visa. Your son is welcome to apply for a visa, and the adjudicating officer will review all revelant information before deciding whether or not to issue. If he is your biological son and he is underage, the only requirements for your B1/B2 visa appointment are a confirmation page, receipt, and passport.

Regards,
Abuja NIV Team

Mrs Oje you can travel whenever you decide as long as you have a valid visa but yoi must be prepared for the questions why you didn't travel then and why now.
