No now, this is obviously an exaggerated figure. Nimasa is a top agency and they pay reasonably but an entry level isn't earning this even as gross salary. These revenue generating agencies don't add bonuses and allowances on appointment letters. You can never see the exact bonuses and allowances on appointment letters. What you'll likely see is the gross or net salary. The bonuses and allowances are done in house or department based sometimes.

That's not how salary works.
If the Annual salary is 26m in the salary structure then mostly the allowance and tax are all in the 26m

Tax usually from what I've seen is usually 20%
Tax from that 26m might be around 4m to 5m.

The only money that may not be included in the 26m might be bonus or profit sharing but all other allowances are gotten from that 26m

Bonus is usually a percentage of the annual Salary. The rates may vary based on what they made for that particular year.

For example If the agreed rate by the board/management is 10%.

The bonus for that year would be 10% of 26m which is 2.6m
