If its this type, theres a way to use ur mtn sim inside of the airtel router. Just put the mtn sim in, turn the router off and on, when it comes on, login on d webpage, under network settings, go to network selection and change it from automatic to 4g. Wait like 15 secs, the network will start working.

Thanks, let me give it a try

Rokynwastar:
I'm currently using X25 and also the ODU.

The M30pro works as well when I used to have it.

Okay

Rokynwastar:
Not possible with the Mifi because it doesn't have an Ethernet port.

If it did ( or you have a router or Mifi with a Ethernet port), you'd have to buy an Ethernet to USB cable to route your Internet from the router to the box.

That's what I'm using.

Thanks, you are most probably using Airtel M30 or M30pro

NSEstudent:

I no know how to connect that box oh, Chief.

I heard the box doesn't allow connection via Wi-Fi from other devices. I don't have it so I have nearly zero experience with it.

Haba, boss man, you fall my hand ooo

@NSEstudent you are sited

I want to supply internet from this MTN mifi to the Airtel smartbox

Good evening gentlemen, please I am facing a little challenge and I need the best guidance.

Is there anyway I can connect an MTN mifi that has only micro usb port to Airtel smartbox, so that the mifi supplies the smartbox internet?

Please, kindly help me out.
Thanks

Rest and get the job first

Many people are trying to take informed decisions.

Please, the name of this wonderful thread says, Monthly Salary, so it's not out of place to ask salary of entry level.

Imagine given 4 slots to choose from.

Hussen240:
They have already finished sharing this EFCC slots I swear. They have took it down from their site already.

It is well.

NSEstudent:
I recall the op of this thread did the same with Airtel ODU. Just get a good hardware then.

Naso

The last time EFCC did an open recruitment was in 2016, that time sef, dem no put EFCC for the advertisement.

E don be for common man.

DSuperiorBrand:

Sincerely speaking, things are changing under this regime.

In all my years job hunting, I never new FCC makes such announcements.

A whole EFCC recruitment.
Hmmm, Allah yabamu saa.

NSEstudent:
Do you have a way of getting the ODU SIM Cards without buying both Airtel and MTN? If yes, then you should get the SIM cards and buy any of the unlocked ODUs if and only if it's guaranteed to work with the other sim when unlocked. If not, you may buy X25 pro and unlock it via paragon and be particular about the firmware that has the feature to tweak IMEI.

It's noteworthy that being unlocked is not a guarantee that it's going to work with the other ODU SIM Card.

My advice is that you buy the two ODUs. Buy one and use for one month. Buy the other one and use for the next month and then decide for yourself. Based on current testimonies, if you want to buy only one, you may buy MTN as people say it's more stable. Complaints exist but very few for now.

Yes, to your question in the first line.
You can search my moniker to see some of my threads.
I intentionally didn't update it, but things are happening low-key.

Thanks for the heads up.

michlins:
these things cost 25k and 30k respectively. Why try to unlock it when the said amount can buy you just a different device entirely. Some things aren't worth the stress

Me sef, I reason am.

gambus007:
Both are good. Airtel is cheaper and offers good speeds when the network is working well, but it can experience days of downtime. The price is 25,000, or 22,500 when you pay with SmartCash. Customer service is quick to respond, but they might not be able to resolve your problem.

In summary, when Airtel is good, it is really good, but when it is bad, it is bad. Lately, complaints have reduced. I stopped using Airtel, but from what I have heard, they have fixed some of their network issues.

As for MTN, it is good, but it costs an extra 5,000. There is no fair usage policy, and any downtime may last less than an hour, although I have personally never experienced any downtime. Airtel is better for downloads, but MTN is also excellent.

For console gamers playing COD, neither is ideal. Airtel might be slightly better, but MTN is not great for gaming either. I have tested both myself.

In conclusion, check the network performance in your area, as that should determine your choice. However, note that MTN 4G can perform well in areas where 5G is unavailable.

Both are good and affordable options. Good luck!

Thanks so much, but we actually just want one device that would work with both MTN and Airtel unlimited.
ODU to be precise.

NSEstudent:
I heard rumours about that X17U being unlocked by third parties these days. You'd need to verify before buying if unlocking is important to you. To me, since they are stationary devices and you can get them cheaply from ISPs, unlocking is probably not critical at this point. What should be more important is knowing which of the networks is better in your area. You will know by asking friends in your area. Your neighbours.

Device for device, X17U (MTN) arguably has a slightly better ODU but X17M (Airtel) has a superior IDU. Airtel, meanwhile, has both devices and more in their arsenal.

You don further confuse me oooo.
I want to get it for someone so he can be using the MTN unlimited data plan, but instead of buying both MTN and Airtel ODU, we need only one.
Third party say, unlocked MTN ODU is 65k, while the unlocked Airtel ODU is 45k.
I just confuse.

Good evening my wonderful people, please which is better between these two?

I am trying to get an unlocked version.

I really appreciate all contributions

Dennis Amachree, a former dss director, made that revelation, stop spilling rubbish.

I surprise oooo. I come deh wonder, how person go confidently write something this long without substance.

FSBoperator:
Wasn't it this guy that revealed that Abacha's last moments were with one young Ibo girl and that the same girl was the younger sister to Abacha's girlfriend and that the young girl had been able to leave the villa and Abuja after noticing that Abacha was not responsive in bed?

His narrative dispelled the Indian pr0stitute narrative giving Abacha a poisoned apple.

He said in that article published by Sahara Reporters that he had tracked the young pharmacy graduate to Lagos and arrested her and took her into intereogation.

At least he isn't denying he granted an interview to Sahara Reporters.

So what part of what SR published is he now claiming to be fabricated and inaccurate ?

He should state in his law suit which part of the interview that SR misconstrued instead of demanding an outright retraction by SR.

I am not sure that SR went to seek his own narrative of an issue long forgotten and out of public interest.

Rather I believe he approached SR for the interview in what appears as an initial publicity stunt to promote a book he was authoring on the matter.

The DSS did not like the fact that he was exposing an ongoing investigation and I am sure DSS won't want their former and retired agents and officers running their mouths to the public on cases they were directly investigating or aware of.

You write all the above without taking time to get your facts right?

Mhen hope you get good lawyer oooo.
The retired officer who talked about the death of Abacha, is different from the officer here.

Wallahi, I no know anything about the review.

This is a very low rebuttal. There are better ways to keep people informed not by sharing appointment letters up and down. So because politicians are doing it we all should follow??.

I really don't blame most of you but the system is so rotten everything goes in civil service. No one tries this rubbish in a private sector. I pray we don't become like the same politicians we criticise everyday

I don't have time to mince words with you but please if you have nothing to do on the politicians who precide and deliberate on the policies of what governs our lives, stay out of the way of those who drop legit information.

If I am not mistaken, former Senate President Lawan flaunted 2 persons he secured appointments for at DIA with their pictures.

If you were to meet the former Senate President, can you say it to his face that he did wrong.

I don't blame you, na @seun I blame, normally, nairaland suppose get age barrier.

And please note, nobody unfairly castigates anyone here and go scot-free.

And also note the heading of this thread and then evaluate yourself and see if the comparison you are making with public sector holds water.

Don't mind that jemmy

From the onward, whenever Hussein post, I noticed her that her hatred for Hussein had increased...

Normally, if someone post his or her appointment on social media, that is his or her own cup of tea because the person that post it does not care not withstanding the appointment letter is real and legit in as much we are concerned right

This forum need legit information and when ever you want crucify someone, please make a finding before you make criticism of that person...

Am not trying to support Hussein or try to abuse jemmy...everybody is entitled to freedom of speech but with caution and open minded

Freedom of speech is allowed but deliberate assassination of character is and shall not be condoned here henceforth.

Forget about Corporate ethics in this country. As far as the letter made it to the media, the owner most likely has a strong backbone. The main thing is, that letter serves as evidence for others to mount pressure on their connects.

First, you accused him of posting fake letter. Then you come back and say he is sharing sensitive info. Can a fake letter contain sensitive info? Abeg, keep your confusion to yourself

You know, some people just talk for talking sake, no be say them deh reason like that.
