Thank you for your input...I have a few additional questions

The intended customers are Nigerians who live in Europe and the Americas.

Do you have any idea how much it costs to register a product with the regulating authorities in these countries?

If these items have already been registered is it still necessary for me to register them because I'm very sure I won't be the first to start exporting these items?

I don't have an idea of the cost of registration sir.

I know of someone who lives in the UK, and anytime he is in Nigeria, he tries as much as possible, to conceal our local foodstuffs in his baggage to scale clearance.

Read this, maybe you would have a rethink

The best person in the right position to give advice is @DrOladipo or any Nigerian in Diaspora willing to help.

You can also contact @DrOladipo, he exports from the US to Nigeria, I believe he would be of help since he is in the US.
All the best.
Investment / Re: Seeking Export Partnership For Food Items - N1million Fund Available by MrSuama(m): 12:09pm On Sep 23, 2022
Nice idea, but you would definitely need more than a million because you must get approval for every single commodity you intend exporting from their regulating authorities which would also cost you. Why not start with a single commodity that is cheap and easily sourced in Nigeria but not available in the UK and US.

And what do you know? Getting a BUD to access premium content isn't FTA. Anything you use IKS SKS to access IS NOT FTA.

Bros, no need for all this, just enlighten us.
I just need something I can watch match with at home, that consumes less data, that's all.

Someone called me today, we booked an appointment at an agricultural machinery showroom in Bauchi where he saw a fairly used reaper. Surprisingly, he happened to be a former student of mine. What a small world.
I just kept on imagining how stupid I would have looked, had I stooped so low to denigrate people who opposed my ideas.
They also got to meet the operator. I no charge them one naira.

I edited most of my posts because of security reasons, I don't know how far it had gone or how far it would still go. For those who have read it, they would have learnt one thing or the other and for those who didn't, never mind, it ain't serious.
I also removed my number because I don't want calls anymore, I just want to manage my peace.

Yesterday, I was working in a farm village in Ibadan. They produced mainly cassava. But my co-worker showed me a car bought by his neighbour. He said it took his neighbour just two months of RICE SUPPLY to buy the car.

The farmers are mainly peasant. But there are acres of virgin land available for lease (30k annually) or sale.
Foods are very cheap there. There is a big prospect for the RICE BIZ that you talked about. And cassava for mechanized farming.

Thanks for shedding more light bro. We are still far behind when it comes to mechanized farming and it's unfortunate how some people think because they have failed in a venture, everybody must fail. Every business has it's ups and downs and your ability to remain afloat is what stands you out.

I think thresher would make more money.
I have about 35 Hectares of rice in Benue. Any thresher that can do rice and soyabeans is gonna be a huge kill.
The number of farmland doing rice and soyabeans is much.

Yeah, that's also true. That's why I mentioned tractor, ripper and thresher. Though, I have come to know one can hardly get a good tractor at 1million but the Rice ripper and thresher are in that range.
@speed99 how do you harvest your rice?
1.Is it by manual labour or mechanical?
2. How much does it cost to cut 1 hectare of rice?
3. Is the rice ripper in presently used in benue?
4. How many days does it take you to harvest the 35 hectares?
5. How much is a combine (rice/soybean) tresher?

With the news I just heard, I feel there might not be ssc anymore and also they might want to merge the armed force together i.e navy, airforce and army. Also the present army Dssc might spend 9 months cause they are training in ribadu...let's be hopeful for one final list before the next administration comes in.

Let's await the outcome of the conference.

I just thank God, I no even try this one, I somehow didn't feel the urge to press any connect.
Since I managed to decipher the message in @error4040's initial message about this recruitment, I just off my mind kawai.
But with the way, almost everyone was invited for the exams, I felt, it would be free and fair but the thing shock me.
Anyway, it's not over until it's over, I fit even deh among November batch.

Please does anyone know if general elections can hinder the army from releasing SSC and DSSC forms next year? Like has any past general elections stopped the SSC and DSSC process in the past?

Oga just be hopeful, the present army chief is most likely going with the present administration and having managed to conjure his own version of dssc course 27 2022 as against the awaiting dssc course 27 2020, he is most likely going to give dssc/ssc recruitment another shot. My take anyway.
