And if you decide to remove the POP, you must make sure you fix the roughness back to the state and way you met it . Or else .you have another case to answer

You have no right as a tenant to fix any major changes on the rented apartment without the Approval of the Landlord….it against the Landlord and Tenancy Law and it’s an unlawful Act.

The landlord has to pay for the POP or else he should be sued for dubious and malicious conversion.....the tenant has a good case in the court of law because the action of the tenant did not damage but added more value to the property and the landlord ab initio should have notified the tenant that he was giving out his property on a very short term of one year thus allowing the tenant go ahead with renovation only for the dubious landlord to want to claim credit for the upgrade the tenant executed by maliciously evicting the tenant
