@ evil666 ( this your name self), is that all, what about the security operatives bringing Armour tank, machine gun, bomb action, grenade, war helicopters, i think that will be a better idea, Lolz. anyway way joke apart, i don't agree with scrapping of the post utme test, what should have done is just to stop the school from collecting money from the students, all student that sat for jamb should sit for the post utme free of charge. |
do you think the post utme should have been abolished? as for me i think its not the best idea. pls feel free to post your comment here. |
I think the post UTME should not have been abolished, what should be change is just for the school to stop collecting money for the post UTME excercise, it should be free to all student that sat for jamb. I don't think jamb alone can handle admission process into our universities, they are simply not up to the standard. the post utme should stay pls |
i think Unilag will also be doing the same thing. |
guy, i can tell you that the next criteria for admission selection will be a little bit harder, i am not in support of the scrapping of the post utme. |
call me on this no 08060942964 or mail me at unilagadmission@yahoo.com. i can be of help |
i think the next criteria for admission selection will be based on point system, most especially in unilag. and this i can tell you in my own opinion is not the best idea. its the student that will really suffer for this. |
good news, but don't you think the new criteria for admission selection will be a little bit difficult. |
gone through the ebook, i know it will really help a lot of Nigerian stidents if what you wrote in the ebook is anything to go buy. it would have been preferable if you can move this thread to the education section, that is where you will find the targeted audience for this thread. |
pls i will like all students that want to sit for the unilag post ume test to post their jamb score here, so that I will tell you how much effort you need to put in the post ume test. and i hope you are already taking the unilag post ume test practice question, you can do that on jkketc.com. |
Do you know that states are highly favored over each other in different departments in the university of Lagos. Here is what I mean, there are some states which if you claim as your state of origin gives you an edge over others from other state in your course of choice. For example, In 2007, the aggregate cut-off mark released for business administration was 64.5, but if you are from Ekiti state you only need an aggregate score of 59.5 to get admitted, Lagos 62.1, Ogun state 62.7, Ondo state 60.5, Oyo state 63.1 while Osun state 63.0. In the department of sociology, the released aggregate cut-off mark was 62.0, but if you are from Ekiti state you only need 60.0, Lagos 59.9, Ogun state 59.8, Ondo 58.7, Oyo 59.9, Osun state 59.5 and so on and so forth, and i can tell you that this is how it is every year. So how will this help you? Find out the highest catched state in your course of choice, then you can claim to be from that state by obtaining relevant documents that will validate your indigeneship of that state. I think this will work best with students with yoruba names because its only the south west states that benefit from the catchment programme in the University of Lagos. Believe this works like magic, you will be surprised at how helpful this will be to you. for student that are not from any of the south west states, there is also a programme that will make your admission into Unilag very easy (the free lunch is for everybody), only if you know how to go about it. Looking forward to see you on campus. |

this sounds nice, can you make more clarification on this for interested students? |
yeah, you have a very bright chance. you can PM me if you need any assistance. pls start your preparation now. |
It will be better if you can just specify on a particular school. But i know that if you have 200 in your jamb you qualify to sit for any school's post ume test. If you are a prospective unilag student you can PM for me to guide you all through. |
its my pleasure, hope you are already preparing for your post ume test. |
Hello my fellow student, I hope you are preparing for the unilag post ume test. i will like to share with you this information which i believe will help you in preparing for the post ume test. calculating your aggregate score: simply divide your jamb score by 8, then your post ume score multiply by 50 divided by 60. for example lets say you score 250 in your jamb, 250/8=31.5. that means you already have 31.5, assuming the cut off mark for your course of choice is 64.5, that means you must score at least 40 in your post ume test to be on the safe side (40*50/60=33.33) which will give you an aggregate score of 65.83. knowing this will help you know how much work you still have to do. pls start preparing for the post ume test, time is no longer on your side. looking forward to see you on campus. |
unilag is holding its post ume starting from 28th of june. pls start preparing |
